Ditto for me, I took two whole weeks to review, think and decide on buying Lumia 1320, but when I saw T2, my mind was set on buying it and I do not regret. I am happy I did not rush into buying lumia 1320 as it would have been rash decision.

Agree with all your points, except one..regarding phone crashing on open wifi networks.

I was away all of last week and connected to the open networks in the various hotels I stayed. My phone was always connected and never did it hang/crash once.

Also coming to few people who are totally against this phone, dude why are you wasting your time when you do not even own this phone...we have used it and found it way above satisfactory, infact very good.

You will always find something or the other not up to mark/good/as per your expectations, in every single phone no matter how cheap or highend it is...so take a chill pill..

Samsung will still be the most successful phone brand with or without your support..they are still No.1, sales proved it all so don't tell me all owner are ignorant like you. frankly, an individual like u will not make Samsung goes bankrupt so stay happy with your T2 (the best handset you can afford).

GalaxyNote3, 21 Apr 2014Please go and study what is region lock before you open you... moreFirst, i never said T2 Ultra was any good. Go look at the previous posts.

The region lock does not work as samsung said, many corporate users have reported this, they got stuck abroad with bricked phones, activation by calling for 10 minutes with a regional SIM does not work, and going to a service center in a foreign country without your proof of purchase from home is a no go, how would you even find a service center in the first place with a bricked smartphone?

Is it really so hard to understand that lots of people require SIMs from other regions, and that introducing region lock secretly and then lying about it means they cannot be trusted? Well, thats what i call blind fanbboy if i ever saw one. Its ok that you dont require a reliable phone that will work world wide but applying YOUR needs to everyone else is pure arrogance and ignorance. Note 3 is really worthless for me.

You will have no problem with it if you buy your phone from Local Authorised Dealer and activate it with your local operator sim. After that you will able to use it with whatever sim card you inserted. I travelled to Taiwan very often and found no problem using Taiwan's operator sim card. SO PLEASE DON'T BE A KEYBOARD WARRIOR AND MISLEAD PEOPLE. AND YOUR T2 ISN'T THE BEST PHONE AROUND ALTHOUGH IT MIGHT BE THE ONLY MOBILE PHONE YOU CAN AFFORD TO BUY.

AnonD-206291, 20 Apr 2014are you going to smuggle your phone to other country? well ... moreI have sim cards from 3 countries, i do not live in the country i am from and i work in a third country. In addition i buy local sims when going on vacations, most people are not stupid enough to stay a week or two in Cambodia or Bangkok without constant internet connection on their phone, which is impossible with roaming charges. And if i meet a pretty girl while staying in Jakarta or Manila do you think she would want to text me back on my European sim card? Sure not.

Im not a farmer boy who get to go to town once a month and never seen the ocean. The advantage of being able to use the same phone no matter what country i am in is priceless, using several smartphones at the same time is both messy and expensive, very inefficient.

Im not a kid without other requirements than gimmicks and apps and games. Note 3 is crap. By the way i had a Note 2 and it was a quite bad phone in too many ways, some people loved the gimmicks but i got mighty tired of it, bad experience, i do not want to have a Samsung device again even if they removed the region lock.

Now of course some would say i could get an Asian Samsung without region lock but thats false, they will get the lock in future firmware upgrades, just like the european Note 2 and S4 did, no warning, just suddenly your phone is bricked. Samsung has proven that they cannot be trusted with this.

I bought T2 ultra 1 month back @ 22,800 it's amazing phone in mid range working smoothly, batty backup is good as 3000mh is used. But about not satisfied with display as they mentioned Bravia engine 2,IPS display but it is not that worth. Sony xeperia neo has Bravia engine is far better than T2 ultra..T2 should upgrade with gorilla glass..
