In this price segment (25000)it is good phone of a big brand Sony.
But it has lot of disappointing point such as camera quality is worst, ram is less only only about 700mb, internal memory only 3.5gb approx.
Despite that screen quality is very good.

Dear Friends,
I bought T2 ultra Dual just a week ago, I feel very proud for this handset user. Music quality is very excellent. Really I've compared to iPhone this phones audio quality is very amazing. But volume is little lower than other brand mobiles and you have to buy some other headphones. This phones ear phone is only for call purpose.
Screen display also very excellent, network and battery backup is very good.
Am not yet checked about the camera quality.
Really very good in music and display quality.

Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Discontinued in UK
For those who are waiting for the arrival of Sony Xperia T2 Ultra, a disappointing update has been released from Clove UK. The online mobile phone retailer updated the status of Xperia T2 Ultra to "discontinued" without any official reason. Additionally, Clove UK inserted a text below the "discontinued" status.
"The Sony Xperia T2 Ultra will not be coming to the UK and is no longer available for sale."
Clove did not explain the reasons behind the lack of availability in United Kingdom but according to reviews, Xperia T2 Ultra received negative opinions from users leading to customer dissatisfaction.
However, Sony Xperia T2 Ultra remains available at Sony Mobile's official global Web site for pre-registration.

From 1 gb ram, how much ram is avalable for user,....after meeting sysrem requirment can any body tell me plz...
I think that these device should come with 1.5 gb ram and 16 gb internal memory

Sat, 12 May 2014I faced the same issue, as i took out the phone from my poc... moreThis is a well known issue with very big slim phones kept in pants front pockets. Even phones much smaller than this can crack in the pocket. Im actually happy they didnt repair it for you, that would not be fair to other customers if they will contribute to pay for your damages.

Tell them what happen exactly and just hope they will believe you and change for new unit. Nowdays, I have go to HTC , Sony , Samsung and Samsung is okay service compare to HTC and Sony ( both were really bad and pain ).

Sat, 12 May 2014I faced the same issue, as i took out the phone from my poc... more Im from Malaysia and Sony customer service quite good (well, atleast for now) . I have buy 2 different device and all of them screen crack. I go to sony customer service and tell to them what happen and they straight change new unit for me.

The chipset mentioned here for ultra dual is qualcom msm8928 which is not correct. It's actually msm8228 which doesn't support lte. MSM8228 version is only available in india (chk sony india's official website). So don't be misguided. For MSM822 version I think the price is little high. It should be around 22k instead of 25k. Also one bad thing about this version is 3g connectivity support is only for sim1. I'm using xperia m dual in which also the same issue and also sometimes if I make calls through sim2 I could not hear what the other person speaks or they could not hear what I speak. Don't know whether this is also with t2 ultra dual.

For no reason n cause display screen of my t2 ultra has suddenly cracked in between n some black liquid is coming out of it.. Can anyone outhere can tell me whether it is covered in warranty and if not what will be the expenses towards repairing.. My touchpad is working properly... Thanks in advance
