All aspects are very good base on comments of experienced owners.....
Now im only waiting for the elaborate explanation of a heavy/power user of this phone with regards to its battery life....
This will be my basis if I wouldgo for this phone or lenovo p700

Even 250... moreOf course it can play youtube videos as well metacafe videos and others more streaming videos.u can also play an embed video on any website.let me remember u that flash player is no more available on google play,co'z adobe has limited it service for some select mobile device and tipo isn's in their list but u can install flash player from xda developer site.and one important thing flash player won't support on jb(4.1) and onwards.so don't bother about flash player,bco'z tipo is an html5 enabled device(an alternative of flash player).so coming era will b of HTML5, nt of flash player.even world's most popular video site youtube has decided 2 encodes it's videos in HTML5 and other rest websites also encoded their video in HTML5 format or about 2 encodes.so if u planning 2 buy a mobile then make sure that it is HTML5 enabled.i think i've clear all ur doubts,if still is there any doubt u r always welcome

i bought one on the net thru sulekha.com, got a dual model delivered, made in china make, second sim not activated, single imie on the phone. manufacturing defect, it seems. sony service centre itself is unable to service it. lets see if sulekha.com acts on the complaint.

It is a silly question. Even 2500 Rs nokia phone can play youtube and it is a SMART PHONE.
I have use 4 sony(ericsson) phone, i never seen any sony phone that can't play youtube.
XPERIA TIPO is a android 4.0 smartphone and it has ADOBE FLASH SUPPORT that means it can play youtube as well as other online video(which cannot be play is galaxy ace duos and galaxy y)
for downloading youtube video you have to intall an apps.
And remember google has warned other website and apps developers to provide youtube download, if they do google will sue then. So only few apps are available to download youtube video.

this is the best phone in this range.good touch,go speed no hanging problem and battery lasts for 2 days with normal use.
plays all the games including temple run,gta3,temple run brave.
plays all videos.
very good phone
