How is d performanc... moretipo dual is a great phone..i bought it last week...no doubt it's must buy item in this price tag..dual stand buy sim..both sim get signal at same time.dual sim setting is same just like any other dual sim phone..skype video calling is possible..browser support flash content.video and display clarity is awsome...cannot compare tipo with samsung galaxy Y/galaxy Y duos...Tipo is Far good than galaxy y..

Hey guys..i bought this phone(tipo Dual sim) last week..it's great..work smooth with ICS.no lagging issue..battery seems to die faster..may be becoz dual sim or my usage..apart from battery it's a gret phone in price range..skype video calling is possible.browser supports flash content..wifi and default browser is stunning fast..gr8 video and display clarity..love to use it..my best phone ever..thank u sony..i'm lovin it..

If ur SD card working properly with other mobile then try to format the sd card (Through other mobile or by using card reader and then connect it to ur PC) and then insert the SD card into ur Xperia Tipo. After doing this if the problem persist, then I m afraid that u have to go to ur nearest Sony Service centre.

Who the hell here telling that it is not a dual standby mobile set? It is a dual sim standby mobile handset (Not dual active) means that the mobile phone can receive calls in sim 1 or in sim 2 in standby mode. The sim switch is there for you to decide which sim you r going to use for the outgoing calls and for the internet. Thats it.. I think I have cleared your doubts. I have purchased this set and using it for 3 days.

if one sim is active then other sim is always inactive i.e. if u switched to sim 1 and ur fone is idle then someone vl not be able to call u on sim 2 because sim 2 is inactive!this is not a dual stand by fone!

Please help, can any user/owner of this phone, have actually tested and can confirm that it is NOT dual SIM Active Standby? I have been reading every single post listed here from the begining and everyone seems to be unsure of this feature. I just need to know that this phone will be able to receive an incoming call on any one SIM. It does not matter if it shuts down the other SIM when on an active call. Just need to know that the phone will be able to receive any in coming call on any SIM first then shuts down the remaining other SIM during active call. Thanks a million folks.

Sony is A Smart Company...U can use 1 sim at atime....phone has aoption to switch to another sim..but u can use 1 sim at a time...
