My mobile was not charging. whenever i kept it for charging it displayed as if it is getting charged but in reality it was not able to. I went authorised sony service centre at Ghatkopar (East). I was told that the mother board is spoilt. it has to be replaced and it would cost Rs. 6500/=. I refused saying that why to spend Rs. 6500/= for a mobile which is costing Rs 9500/=. I just kept my mobile off for overnight and tried charging it was able to do. then why the hell that unqualified person sitting there misguided me ?
SONY : r u hearing me? Please improve ur services. and throw out such goons from ur service centre.

I am using this phone since last 4 months. I am facing some audio problems. When I talk to other person he hears an obstruction of my voice and sometimes gets echos and vice-versa. Is there anybody who can give me suggestions in this regard?

Iam useing sony tipo at last one year..
Sec cam -no
Ram -slow
Cam clarity-not good
Iam using after 6 months battery backup wil be come down.to avoid these problems it is good...and finally at this cost this mobile is good

Good but there is no secondary camera on this fone, it will be better with it.

Hello friends check this in your tipo dual and answer :
1) Run code *#*#7378423#*#* in your call diler. You will see a service menu. Now press home.
2) Now install any external music player applicaion like(n7player, player pro etc.) or if you already have it than,
3)Start any song in that and make sure you can see it in dropdown screen bartouch top of screen and slide it down) while pause the song.
4) Now press home and symbol and hold than open service menu -> service test -> earphone.
5) Now from drop down bar play song. hear earphone sound qualitywith on earhone test.
Is it different or same??

Using this Handset since last 9 months. Most worst earphone sound quality I have ever hear. Worst battery life, Mobile hangs while attending calls. Very cheap quality at this price.
This is a special request not to buy this model and also not of any product as in all SONY products i have got many problems. Sony is nothing than just a brand name. SONY is a big cheater as they are not responding at any of their service centers.
So beware of SONY and stay away from this Brand...

Piss tipo, 07 Sep 2013This phone is the worst i ever had... The touch is too bad.... moreMy touch got no prob... I can play all games properly.... just root your phone and remove bloatware to make it fast and lagg free... I always spends my free time playing games on my tipo dual mostly, street fighter IV or NFS most wanted.... no prob playing it...

wallpaper cannot fitted in the screen because option came crop. there is no option in the phn.but u can use a live wallpaper call pack water drops.u can customised your own pic and it fitted to the screen 100%. you can download it from your Google play store and its free.believe me.thank you...

To fit wallpapers fully just download wallpapers of 320x480 resolutions (320 width and 480 height) or if you are having your own pic you can resize for this goto www.picresize.in and upload your pic and resize it with this resolution.
hope this will solve your problem.
