I have given my mobile to replace the faulty motherboard and waiting for more than two months. I have forgot that I have bought a sony mobile. Customer Service - Ruthless. If you say that you are going to consumer court, the Customer service people say go to hell. They dont even respect or respond you. I suggest not even my enemy should buy Sony products. If this goes like this Sony will pack their things out of India in next 6 months.

i want dual sim phone as i use internet through one n call through other. So users plz tell me if i'm using internet through one sim n on the same time am i able to get calls on other sim or it ll show my no. busy n unreachable?? Thanks

Bad impression coming out from SONY, Sony has Bios nature for their devices regarding updates.

Scarcity of good and economical phones...
1. Poor battery.
2. Does not shows the exact time and date of call.
3. I can not add incoming number to existing contact (except be manually dragging to the contact).
4. Only landscape video option.
5. Does not shows waiting call or even missed call if came on other SIM (while talking).

unfortunately, very very slow to provide software update.. this is where the demand might get low due to negative approach of SONY.
Tipo deserves for Jellybean Update....
so please guys appeal for that...
otherwise have another way to other brands.

It is just a rumour. Echo issue is directly related to cellular network and phone of other person to whom you are calling. If other's phone speaker is loud enough that phone microphone catches your voice, you hear it back as an echo on your phone.

In the mean time try some other network sim also, because some times it could be network problem also.

Nice phone around 10000 rs..with dual sim,adobe flash, ics 4.04, decent 3.2 camera. nice battery back of 1 and half day with regular call and some time facebook,chat and mail.. i had this phone from 11th Nov 2012... nice phone....

I too have faced same problem and planning to sell out phone(even I get 50% less amt) and will buy Nokia Lumia 620.
No offence to product cell is fine with featured packed.
but this time sony lacks in manufacturing, heard alot problems from this phone.Me too including.
