Browsing on Wi-Fi has nothing to do with the SIMs. Both will be ready to receive calls, and I don't think that your Wi-Fi connections cuts out while you talk on the phone.
And if browsing on the internet connection of one SIM, then both still work and can receive calls. However, if you get a call on the SIM not being used for internet, then your internet connection will pause till the call is over and will resume within just seconds.

I have this phone from one week ago , very nice phone related price , you don't need more .... Come out from samsung and try to know sony specs. It's great yoi can do all what do you need?

Those who want to buy this lovely smartphone i would like tell all of them that this ph is just awesome in this price range better than all mobiles.
one word just go for it. no touch prob no sound prob.
