Having problem of being "dual sim stand... morewhat do you meam with : the 2 sims doesn't work at the same time ?
I have alcatel ot-890D and the 2 sims are working perfectly at the same time !

Having problem of being "dual sim stand-by" and not "dual sim active" is not Sony's fault, but it is Android OS problem and it can be seen in other android dual sim Phones like "HTC Desire V" and "Samsung Galaxy Y Duos"!
Samsung has tried to improve it by its widgets in its newly launched products, but it shows only miss-calls of the other sim and has not resolved the data problem of the other sim when using one sim.

i buied this phone a week ago and the experience of this phone is awesome. people who posting negative comments or weak feedback about this phone, i need to ask you guys what more you need in low budget.... everything isnt possible in low buget and as per touch screen... my touch is working smooth and soft... sound is awesome, internet also giving gud speed(as i downloaded 1 gb games in 2g network), supports all hd games.... according to me tipo is best phone in low budget... go for it guys......

The big issue on this phone is ,both the SIMs will not be online .Always one SIM will be fluctuating, some times on and some times off. Second thing is songs will not play in order according to the list.

Guys I don't understand why people give negative comment on this phone. I been using for more than a month and totally satisfied with sony brand the screen is crisp and bright and music is awesome. Even don't have issues with touch and call log and is a worth phone brought up by sony and this price range. It mainly depends on the requirement of individual and the budget he has.

nicku, 20 Oct 2012wat u meant by that compass in tipo dual,pls explainHey Nicku, COMPASS in cellphones means a sensor which shows North and South Poles using an application and you can find your direction and your route by that.

arun, 20 Oct 2012Hi..this is Arun and i am planning to buy a dual sim smart ... moreplz go for galaxy y duos bro.. even i had the same feeling.. am satisfied with it... samsung is best in dual sim andriod.. sony ics4.0 agree.. but talk time and performance screen touch wiz samsung best.. no hang isues.. sony hangs .. touch isue.. only sound is good... it says 1500 battery but it again last like samsung one day max... no confusion go for samsung cooooool......... if stil confused then wait n judge.. and decide.. u will never be disappointed with samsung coz my bro has tippo. and he is very much dispointed .. and one more isue with sony tippo call logs not recording smtimes.. check plzzzzzzzzz'

Using this phone for last 2 weeks. Worth to have...
Nice phone with nice touch. I dont need camera option as I carry my sony cam all the time for my professional needs. Music is damn good. Only thing, Earbud type headphones are not given with pack. Using Beats - HTC.
Fine quality of music, I'm enjoying...
For me, It's perfect...

iam. Using at least 6 days. My device hang. When power on, only 'SONY' shown. i put to the service center sony. In 13 octobr 2012, until now, my device is not finish yet.

guys please don't go for this phone tipo dual!!!I bought this when it was jus released!!!its been a month and couple days from my purchase!!!I had touch issues in 20 days and took it to service centre and got it repaired!!! the problem is the touch screen malfunctions !!!I have pattern lock and I couldn't unlock itself!!now I got the same problem again now:-( and I know one sim gets disabled when you speak on the other!!I noticed that when downloadingw some thing from android market in 2g GPRS the other sim says no sevice!!!it's get disabled when I download in GPRS:-(
