Hi guys, i updated my tx today with pc companion, and now i have android 4.3, build nr:9.2.A.1.205

So is this the latest version?

    Well, still use 9.2.A.1.119 firmware, so far it's very good. No problem at all. Well, the battery is not good, it's just average for 1.750 mAh.

    For you who plan upgrade your firmware device to Jelly Bean 4.3 (9.2.A.1.119), upgrade it, it is good, typing fast, I don't find problem.

      When first time I use Xperia TX, it came with ICS, it got update notification (9.1.B.631), I updated using WiFi, then got notification again for 9.2.A.0.295, I updated it again. And then it told me there was new update again, 9.2.A.1.199, I tried it again, at that time I failed, it said it couldn't install, try it again. I thought it was my device battery was still under 50%. So I decided use Sony PC Companion, but what happened that in fact, the PC told me the latest update was 9.A.2.205, jumped from 9.A.2.1.199, again I updated it using PC. I experienced problems like when charging reached 100%, it switched off by itself, experienced 2 times. Experienced once in the morning when the battery remains 7% I charged it, the screen immediately went off (turned off) and I couldn't switch on the screen, by do pressing volume button, power button, nothing help, when the screen was black, it still active, could receive message, notification, incoming call. So I decided open the back casing and pull out the battery. The condition when it started weird, the LED when charging was not orange color, but red color. Normal is orange when the battery has reached 16%. And final, I experienced, the phone hang when I entered volume inside setting (at that time was charging with red LED color), I awared at that time something wrong happened and I was true, cause it hang when I entered volume inside Settings, if I keep waiting, it pop up, "Settings not responding." There were options "wait" and "OK". Because I couldn't access inside volume, I tested my device, got incoming call, the result, it didn't give any sound, I received WhatsApp didn't get a sound too, just vibrate. It happened om April 12, 2014. I should restart my device to make it normal again.

      On April 14, I decided downgrade to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 (9.1.B.0.441), success but I was not satisfied with to late respond in typing. So on April 15, I decided update to 9.1.B.1.631, and updated again back to Jelly Bean 4.3 (9.A.0.295) then finally updated to 9.2.A.1.199 after I received notification system update. All using WiFi. 9.2.A.1.199 is the latest system now. Check it OTA would say you have already the latest software, but if I connect my device to PC launching Sony PC Companion, I am sure it will tell new update available 9.A.2.205 where previousy I experienced problem.

      Now my curremt device's firmware is 9.2.A.1.119, so far it's good, haven't experience problem above mentioned yet.

You are so lucky can be the first batch getting update... It always see your firmware update so fast at your side. Only later 2 or 3 week then i can get update.. What is the different ..??

          Now my device is in Jelly Bean 4.3 (9.2.A.1.119), checking using WiFi it was said the latest version. I don't do factory reset after upgrade it. So far it is still OK.

            Charging time is so long. Now it taking around 3 hours and 40 minutes more. Yeah, I always use it for internet, but it looks take too long.

                After update Jelly Bean 4.3 (9.2.A.1.205) my TX become hot when i charge the phone.

                  Till now I can say, with Jelly Bean 4.3 (9.2.A.0.295), so far is very good, no auto restart, no hang. The phone works fine.

                    littleworm, 15 Apr 2014Don't know of what happen.. It just suddenly auto reboot, w... moreMy Xperia TX doesn't auto reboot when playing ePSX, n64otd, or PPSSPP. Gaming in emulator so far is good. No complaint.

                      So far, with Jelly Bean 4.3 (9.2.A.0.295) works fine, no complaints. For battery I can still accept it. Typing is fast, that's better than before Jelly Bean 4.3.

                        10 hours ago, I did update to Jelly Bean 4.3 again, 9.2.A.0.295. I decided it because the typing system is slow and to kate in Jelly Bean 4.1.2. Hope no problem with this.

It just suddenly auto reboot, w... moreI haven't try heavy/HD Android games, need so much quota to download hundred MB size. The problem I think I experienced was Opera Mini, sometimes force closed by itself. RAM allocation is better, but thw total is 804 MB only. I think I will back again to Jelly Bean 4.3. The typing speed in Jelly Bean 4.3 is much better than ICS and Jelly Bean 4.1.2.

                            The concep of downgrade using Flashtool is the same witj update using Flashtool too, just need firmware rom that would like to be installed. So far no switch by itself after charging reach 100%, but the typing system is to late (slow), slower than Jelly Bean 4.3. I think I will update it again to Jelly Bean 4.3.

It just suddenly auto reboot, with or without playing games.. But it is not everyday, only could be happen several times in 1 week. I am not facing any problem when the battery charging to 100%. (After update the firmware) It work fine when charging.

                                  Today I have done downgrade to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 (9.1.B.0.411 global). Jelly Bean 4.3 had problems when chargong reach 100% it switch off by itself, screen blank I had experienced, I should pull out the battery, that was annoying.
