I checked on Qualcomm's page now, the chipset used in Xperia TX and T has integrated BT 4.0, BUT the radio itself is not integrated, so i guess it is possible for a phone manufacturer to use an older version BT even with this chipset.
In other words, Sony could be using an older radio here, that does not support BT 4.0 to the fullest. Thats not a problem for the chipset, since BT 4.0 is backwards compatible. But most likely TX has BT 4.0 then.

So meaning a few more months to wait for it to be ava... moreVery True, Sony has poor marketing strategy.. by the time that their H2 2012 flagship hits the global market, 2013 xperia line will be introduced. Remember that we have CES and MWC annually so you get to see new phones from Jan-March. Im slowly losing interest in buying TX because it will be just left out when 2013 reaches. much like what happened to my x8 back in 2010, to my xperia Ray in 2011 and for all we know it's slowly happening to Xperia S.

Specs say it responds to 10Finger multi touch gestures. My question is, if you are using all 10 fingers for touch gestures, whose hand are you gonna borrow to hold the phone? lol

Based on the news section here, Sony's gonna introduced Odin phones Q1 next year. By the time TX hits the store, it'll be kinda old. Not really old but it'like that, you know what I mean. So approximately, it'll be around 30k right? Or less.

They said that it may be on the 1st quarter of 2013. Wow, imagine that. And also, conversion is not the only cost it would take you to buy phone from HK. You will have to pay customs duties and taxes, which is approximately 10-15% of your purchase price plus freight cost, unless you make the seller tag it as "Gift"

Xperia TX is now available in HK for $606. If you'll convert it to Ph Peso, it'll be P24,736 with the current exchange rate. Just not sure how much the price will be if they included the tax or tax is already included. We might as well go to Xperia TX if this'll be the price. ^^

carefull when buying in widgetcity and kimstore on what type of warranty they have. their low price is attractive but most only come with shop warranty. read their warranty information first and make sure you understand before you buy. some have no official sony warranty.
