Camera is very good, cuz it got Exmor RS sensor. I compared camera quality with Xperia Z and honestly TX's Camera is far better then XZ's camera.
Yes the phone heats up pretty good. As its a very slim phone, the processor is very close to housing. But never worry, after playing Modern Combat 4 for half hour, my TX got much heated. But never got any kind of problems. After all its a PlayStation Certified mobile.
Audio quality is super fine, I will give 9 out of 10.
At high level of multitasking it lags very little. I used Data Connection, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Browsing, Facebook at same time but never felt any lags.
Battery life is average. At heavy use it will last for 1 day and at normal use it will last for maximum 2.5 days.

Both TX and SP are capable of running HD games. However,SP is definitely faster in terms of gaming performance since it is running on adreno 320 vs 225 on TX. the krait core are the same but 200MHz faster per core on the SP. In 3D Mark, SP even outscore Z probably because the software not yet have support for quad-core. But SP has poorer screen than TX and the bulkiness compare to TX sexy thin body design.
