no VoLTE support. This device doesn't work with carriers that require VoLTE (Voice-over-LTE), such as AT&T or T-Mobile. I know this, as I personally own a F8331 USA model.

One thing to correct.
Snapdragon 820 is LTE cat 12(DL) 13(UL) rather than LTE cat 9 (which is 810).

Deny s, 19 Jul 2022I was using my xz scrolling for meme on fb, everything work... morethe batteries are bad OR the voltage regulator is. if you leave it plugged in eventually it starts charging, but will drop dead suddenly even at 90%+. you can try replacing the battery if it makes financial sense in your area

I was using my xz scrolling for meme on fb, everything worked perfectly on stock rom 6.0, battery about 80% i know because i just plug it off, suddently, phone dies, no response at all, i've tried power and vol up, nothing happend, no vibration, then i plug my charger on, i got no led, lcd still dark, no charging indicator, when i got home, i try again, with power and vol up button, still no response, plug charger, xperia companion doesnt detect, flashtool, and adb mumbo jumbo doesnt gave anything, well maybe i should leave it untill battery died, almost a week now, no progress at all,
Anyone have idea what cause it?, possible solution

It's old now. I got mine in 2018 and used it until 2020. But it's still decent. It runs normal every day apps no issue. The specs are a little behind for modern top end games and the battery is too old and not holding a charge to well, but the hardware is still decent and functional.

I have had my Sony Xperia XZ since new in 2016, now nearly 6 years later - still going great, but the battery is now starting to slow down but hey its been great all those years... I have never had any issues with connection to pc or the likes... so I may just replace the battery and continue using it....

I bought this phone 2017 and its 2022 but I still used it. The best camera ever even if its old enough but it can compete with the new one.

It's 2022, and this phone still has one of the best display to date. I still use it as my 2nd phone.
Very pleasing to eye display. So sharp and smooth IMO.

I am buying this phone as my 3rd phone. It is very cheap anyway (~35USD). Considering buying 3rd phone because there was some occasions when I wish I have 16:9 ratio phone when consuming media. So I went to our local online shop and got interested in this XZ. I don't plan to play game on it anyway, so I hope my purchase would be worth it lol
