That's sat face down on a table doing sweet f.a. Im talking about general day to day usage, out and about taking pics, sending messages, checking email...you know, smartphone stuff.
Under those conditions the XZ will trip you up frequently when trying to use its best filming modes. I know as I am experiencing those issues personally.
Seeing as how your familiar with how YouTube works, go back there and do a search of this issue, doesnt take long to find someone noticing the same thing that I am.
Oh and as for general optimisation, yes Sony have done a great job, it's as good as the best of the android devices that I have experienced so far, am not a fanboy though, neither have I used everyother device out there so I'm not going to say it's better.

I listen to real owners experiences, unlike you.. Why does the XZ shut down in higher video recordings ? Because of thermal issues. Other brands with Sony sensors don't have this problem, because they optimize their software better that Sony. Other brands have better battery performance....check out gsmarenas repost on camera shootout. XZ came last. XZ also beaten in dxomark results.

Camera is no way better in those than in XZ.
Some have better lowlight but cant compare to Sonys 23 mpx in daylight photo.
Plus stabilization, autofocus capabilities, ....
Etc...etc...
Sony is top in mobile camera. Fact.

Hello friends... I need one clarification from you all XZ users... I am facing one problem in day to day use... Problem is every day my Ear piece speaker stop its working on after 24 + hrs of restart... But after restart it works fine bt again after 24 + hrs its stops working...
Kindly help me to come out this....

Come on now Bashir, you can priase the quality of this phone and still be honest.
It is down to the incomplete software/hardware optimisation that this device cannot seem to film more than 3-4 minutes of high resolution or high frame rate footage with out closing the app.....And that's outside in the middle of winter!
This is not a small inconsequential issue, I am getting that bloody warning message constantly, I have to limit my filing to 1080p30 and ignore both 60fps and 4k completely when I simply want to film anything.

Sony has the performance and the lowest thermal issues and battery consumption between smartphones with a specific chipset.... What do you want else??
