Many agree with... moreThe resson i still stick with my xzp because it has 3.5mm..anyway, sony found out they are selling more wireless headphone than wired.. thats why they follow the trend to go wireless.. plus they include the type c to 3.5mm right out of the box.. since i got a jbl reflect contour i rarely touch on wired headphone even my audio technica m50x is collecting dust. I know u samsung boy wont quit bashing others because you got that tiny little hole.. i will stick with my xzp until better alternatives come out.. i still having the same function as you plus a 3.5mm jack.. u see that? you are losing out too bad for you

            I keep reading on many articles, stuff like "if you have lots of cash to spend" and all that as though this phone is the most expensive one out there.
            This is actually cheaper than that "budget" iphoneXR and this is definitely a flagship device.
            Plus seeing as many mid-range kings seem to be upping their prices (I'm talking to you oneplus), I'd gladly pay an extra £150-200 and still consider this to be a bargain.

On the contrary, samsung made this gimmick to reality by shooting automatically. Brilliant job by samsung.

This sounds shady but this is what they do to keep survive in the competition. If you cant innovate you have to copy to survive. This is what most of the china brand phone is doing. They lack of innovation.

                        Samsung has its own innovation, with bixby etc but anyway, Sony with the "gimmicks" that you called is the most innovation there. Last year first 960fps, this year did you notice how many competitor copied ? Coming years there will be more company that is going to copy, just watch out.

                        qnovo charging, LG V30 followed the next year.

                        This year is aube fusion dual sensor and dynamic vibration system. Lets see next year which competitor will follow.

                        4k display will be inevitable later on on every phone company. So you just wait your future to arrive to you.

                        About the design, sony using their own design, every hater bashing old design, sony change to mainstream design, hater bashing sony unique design is dead, bla bla bla.

                          For those complaining you cant notice 4k display etc etc. Let me ask you this, if your favourite mobile phone that you are using now or going to purchase in future "suddenly" comes with 4k display, will you stop buying from them and boycott them because you cant differentiate full hd/qhd/uhd and switch to other phone that still using full hd like ip ? tell me, would you ? would you boycott your favourite mobile now if they switch to 4k ?

                          If not then stop bashing others that are currently using 4k screen. If you going to boycott 4k, then continue your trash talk here because nobody going to change their mind because of your words

                              Anonymous, 17 Sep 2018You can watch your smartphone screen as close as 2 cm but y... moreI don't have 4K display but I know that if you want the best experience in 4K quality you should have 4K display instead of use a 1K~2K~3K display to experience the 4K content and SDR upscale to HDR technology only can Sony can do. You sound like the 8K display is advanced but you won't watching it as close as you watching your 4K display in smartphone,that's the huge difference.

                              You say slow motion is gimmick because you don't know how to use it for some cherish moments, even Samsung copy it. The Predictive capture and smart launch is more advanced and very useful why Samsung don't copy it? Maybe Samsung have it limitations and the slow motion can only be taken with just 720p. Recently we can see Samsung is lack of new technology but still copy half-baked features from Sony.

When you watching 4K TV you are not as close as 15... moreYou can watch your smartphone screen as close as 2 cm but you can't see resolution over 2k on its tiny screen even if you have super eye sight. That's why no manufacturers except sony(the king of gimmicks)produce 4k screen phones, not because they can't do-samsung and lg both unveil 8k oled TVs in August. You are just fooled on gimmicks of sony-like dynamic vibration or super slowmo video. Just learn facts right before you post, boy.

                                  [deleted post]I have say I accept less bezel but bezel-less is hard to accept, because the durability is my first requirement due to the super flapship is very expensive, example will you worry to drop the Note9's S-pen on floor? Will you worry the wireless component has less protection in such tiny space?
