This is ridiculous that only Taiwan 🇹🇼 is distributed XZ3 handsets with 6GB Ram. That's the reason why Singapore is not moving fast or big enough on Sony mobile-phones. I would suggest that all Sony Stores in Singapore should retail all specs and have Telco providers carrying the basic specs phones (eg 4GB with 64GB storage space). Sony is killing themselves softly and slowly in Singapore.

The removal of analog hpjack is necessary to make the phone slimmer (or to make room for additional hardwares)

u dont need 4k unless you use TV/Monitor.

Wireless is getting better and better, so there really isn't so much reason to keep it either. Sony, Apple, HTC, Huawei, Oppo, Motorola etc. don't think the 3.5mm headphone jack is needed. And most people buying flahships from these companies (which don't include the headphone jack) still sell well. Apple sold even more units than Samsung and they don't have a headphone jack. Embrace the future, my friend.

Now at least this company joined the modern world which wmay push them midway uphill at least... It took them years if not decade for them to realize that their design language is couple of years back in the mobile phone industry.... and this design language brought them downhill for so long time... almost nobody you will find using their phone and that is the fact not a fiction....

I love d new 18:9 design, curved screen. Colors looks great. Glad its still stereo speaker, pls don't take this away.
Have always been rooting for Sony, am just waiting when Sony will do something that truly amaze the masses.
Yes 4k on a phone is great, but not too sure how many will truly appreciate it.
Water-resistant though was a good move imo.
Software experience was smooth in my experience with d Xperia tx, z, tablet z2 and z5.
Camera capture has always dat split second lag though throughout d models i used wonder whether it has been addressed with d xz3. D 3d thingy, glad theres that feature.
Compact version of d flagship, good move too imo,hope xz3 will hav a compact version as xz3 seems abit too large for my hands.
I loved d side fingerprint sensor on d z5, so sad that had to go.
Also sad d 3.5mm jack had to go.
Materials used for d phone build, i dunno abt this, hav mix feelings, while its important for d phone to be well built such as being more scratch resistant, future-damage proof frm drops etc, not slippery, gripped enough, has that premium feel, yet i hav d impression Sony is going in d direction of having a premium-looking built and feel but not necessarily always practical ones, e.g z5 sides were good looking and premium feel, the back was frosted glass which looked great and does not leave fingerprint stains on it, however generally, the phone is very slippery in my experience much of it, imo, due to the materials used.
I truly hope someone from Sony reads d opinions here hehe. Waiting to be surprised when d Xperia-samurai starts slaying fruits and galaxies as Sony do, i believe, hav d resources, technologies, experiences and d brains to be doing so.

Samsung just can record 10 minutes 4K video is a big flop!
XZ2 PREMIUM can record 4K until the storage full.
