The culprit behind this is none other than Apple. Everybody else (other than Samsung, LG) grovels at Apple's feet.

I have "honor play" with 6.4 inch and still it looks compact as it has less bezel. So, 6.0" is not too long when it use 18:9 screen. I hope they will launch 5.6 inch compact version and 6.8 Utra version. Sony lost their market in India and some other counties due to price. They could have make the price below $550

am I the only one that feels frustrated about the lack of 3.5 jack? Why is it becoming a standard to remove headphone jack? You want to listen to music and charge your phone at the same time? Well too fckin bad..

I don't know much for apple iphones just their battery life is non conventional to me like a user.
find me one just one Samsung that does not freezes and lags like an old man after a short period of usage and how it is possible a sony from 2013 to perform much faster and much better than one Samsung from 2016 or late.
the overheating issue can not mark sony like a bad device if Samsung with lots of problems is not marked like this...

Seems like a nice phone but 158mm in height is too tall for my taste. Needs to be about 20mm less to make it more comfortable for me to carry around. I would love an XZ3 Compact at XA2 size or smaller.
Those camera slide-outs will be so common next year that this XZ3 design will be outdated after only six months. The OPPO Find X will be copied by other brands over and over. There is nothing special coming from Sony to differentiate themselves from the pack.
I say stick to the Pixel line. At least their cameras are superior and software updates matters. Sony lost some of us when they ditched the headphone jack. Their price gouging has never helped them either.

Just like the small battery and lack of 3.5mm jack. I guess the fact that it has the Sony logo is more than enough to make it good, eh?
