When we're talking USB-C, its all about the headphones and the external DACs. Internal DACs have no chance against high-end external ones.

PS: Weight associates with good durability, and if you have seen JerryRigEverything's durability test for the XZ2, that thing is an absolute brick!

And the 'single camera' all of you whine about is better than most cameras out there. Yes, it CAN do portrait mode (with software, as the Pixel 2), if you think 3300 is small, remember that your precious S9 has only 3000, and everyone said that the XZ2 (Compact) had amazing battery life.

I am sony user from 2003 and it is just perfect.
the sony screen and display is amazing and the sound is perfect.
I have used one lg g2 for two weeks it was crap at all battery was so poor jus 5 hours with stanby mode.

U all should really try out LGG7, their screen is way better than Sony (it support Dolby Vision)and their speaker is way better than this phone. There r 2 cameras on LG, one of them is wide angle, it is very useful. My opinion is this Sony phone is overpriced.
I was a Sony fans before, i bought alot of their products even 2 Sony phones. But after the disappointment i had with their build quality, lousy services and old technology, I pushed myself to try another phone. Thats when i started to use LG phone. The bootloop seems to be fixed on LG phone though.

Phone looks really good, well I liked the XZ2 series also but not more than XZ1 that boxy and fs on the side was nuts, now this XZ3 is looks even better and fs placement isnt issue here and there, just little practice and you ready to go.. Wondering what XZ3 Premium will offer, maybe that single 48mp camera that is going to destroy those dual cameras gimmicks?
