Want to speed up the phone and play the games you want? I play the games like Azur Lane, Girl Cafe Gun, Figure Fantasy, WOTV FFBE and you can even play Honkai Impact 3rd on this phone. Anything you want. No Custom ROM needed. Of course you can use custom ROM to install modern apps you want or to make the SD card as internal but Stock Lollipop is more stable.
Steps I did.
Rooted the phone via Kingroot, Installed SU to overrun Kingroot, Deleted kingroot on system.
Installed Foldermount to enlarge my storage up to 64GB or 128GB (unofficially supported but working). 256GB (not tested)
and Lastly the SECRET sauce that enabled me to play everything, lessened the heat of the phone that enabled me to play games without overheating and even charging without overheating. hehe. it's a secret.
In addition, Resurrection Remix O plus the SECRET sauce is wonderful.

Anonymous, 08 Sep 2020Doest it support 4g sim or not?Check model number closely before purchase. For some odd reason sony released some Xperia Zs with 3G support only while others had 4G/LTE. So if you are living in a country like the USA or Canada, the 3G model will be useless to you since you can't activate it anymore.

I was using Xperai Z from 2012-2018, now in 2022 mu Mom is using it also.
Now I am using Xperia XZ1, and I bought one more XZ1 for the future...

That was the best experience I had using internet those days, My Mobile operator company came to our house to provide 4G sim as they detected our phone to be 4G supported

As I remember my brother used to have this but broke all of his Sony xperia z z1 z5 etc....
He said that he will buy a new Sony but he changed his mind to Huawei mate 10 pro still in good shape today
No cracks scratch etc...

This was actually my very first smartphone ever. It was actually phenomenal and fantastic in every possible way except for one: Battery. It probably had the absolute worst battery I have ever seen in a smartphone ever. Sony sure has come a long way with it's smartphones.

My parents bought this phone in 2013 and used it until 2015. After this, I got the phone. It's now 2020 and the phone still continues to work seamlessly. The battery still offers it's convenient 48 hours of battery life which is very helpful.
This phone is a legend!

I am not able to get any options to choose from while playing videos. It opens the default video player. I wish to make MX player my default. Any idea how to do this?
I am on Android Lollipop. This was the last update for my Xperia Z.
I have tried a lot of solutions that I found online, but wasn't able to get this working
Any help will be appreciated.
