Because his phone is restaring the only possible solution is reflash frimware. There are only three possible ways that i know of. 1st (i do not remember exactly but i think unlocked bootloader is required for flashtool) use flashtool and flash ftf for z1 . 2nd use sony update centre choose your phone software in pc and connect in flash mode . 3rd if you have cwm recovery you can install your z1 frimware from zip file . If you are new user i think 2nd option is easy for you . If you do not know about any of this stuff , type (xperia z1 xda) on google and i am sure in 2 hour you will know what to do

This is really a poor product by sony. Do'nt go on look and never plan to buy this phone..
It has a big network issue, it' automatically go in sleep mode.

Hey dudes!i purchased an xperia z c6602 lately and my android updates were done to 4.4.4 kitkat about 5days ago but yesterda the phone went off and its not switching on again.please tell me what to do to have my phone switch on again

Upgrade to 4.4.4 and enjoy double battery life or even more than that!
1.Download Pre-Rooted_C6603_10.5.1.A.0.283_Generic
2.Install BusyBox + XZRecovery on rooted Xperia
3.Extract rar file and copy flashable.zip to sdcard
4.Enter XZRecovery, press Boot Recovery and install flashable.zip
c6602 or c6603 does not matter.

But if you don't want fully coustom roms like cm11 , pacman , infected roms . You will at least deoxidised your stock rom , that will allow you to use modifications and ports from other device . You can modify your device framwork which will help you to transform your device without using cm roms . In short words you can use stock based roms , as they are not fully coustom roms . They are just polished version of stock rom . And there is nothing bad in having something extra than just stock

This device hardware is powerful enough to run any android version and play any game or app.
The device is so smooth on the latest 4.4.4.
The only thing you can do is root you phone i order to make some system changes or remove some system apps, but there is no need of custom ROM.
