Got the Z in white about a week ago now and I've been very impressed. Not just the look of the phone but even the UI is well customised to make it a simple platform to use ie quick apps, multitasking and home screen changes. btw screen's good quality. I see what the nitty picky people mean when it comes to viewing angles but its normally me the phone is spending 99% of the time with, and front-on it looks brilliant. I took advantage of 50gb cloud storage on the box which is great for accessing all the por~ i mean, work i've been collecting over the years on my mac. And did someone say they wish Sony would put a document editor preinstalled on their devices? Mate, it's Android, download it off play store it'll take 2min of your life.
Battery is decent I managed to make good use out of my phone for nearly 2 days and I really have to owe it to Stamina mode. At first I thought it might just be a marketing feature but its the real deal. On standby the battery barely moves, im talking 1% for an hour. This isn't the phone for heavy users though. Android's demanding operating system paired with this power-hungry 5" Full HD screen is a no go for people who can't put their phone down for a moment.
It was well worth the wait, the design is gorgeous and definitely steals people's attention in this apple fanatical country I live in. "is that the newest iphone?" - pfff hell no this is XPERIA b****

It heats up at the rear/top when the device is being pushed, games like candy crush and real racing really push the device to its limits and thus heats up. Because the heat is in one area rather than spread out people complain about it. To be honest, when you sprint for 30 minutes, youd be exhausted too right? give it a break and it will cool down. all devices heat up, ipad, iphone, s3 and probably s4 too. depends how to use it. normal phone call, text, browsing will not cause the device to heat uncomfortably.

The update in available on the Sony website .434 and I am using .350
However when I connect USB cable (uses JAVA 64-bit) it detects my device as up to date already. Strange.

Ya its a nice mobile really like a lot... Chennai Anna nagar manager show me the real experience of the mobile .... he put his new own mobile in bucket full of water and prooved it .... nice yaar

Hi Guys, I bought the XZ few days ago and so far I love it. Before I had 4S and going from a 3inch phone to a 5 is a little bit weird but everything about it is awesome, display-camera-speed all perfect.
Though I experienced some issues that I would like you to know before buying it, it may be usefull.
1. Poor Wireless coverage
2. Battery lasting is not that good, if you're a heavy user youll have to recharge it before night.

anonymous, 30 Mar 2013expandable memory is 32 GB not 64 GB you have mentioned. se... moredoesnt mean sony says 32gb limit...means it doesnt support above 32gb.... its been mention 1000s of time it supports 64gb card but u have to formate the card in the fone b4 u cn use it
