Hey android 7 upgrade a crap? My Z3+ goes to silent mode(approximately after 1.5 days after a restart) automatically even in safe mode after the update. I went to a service center, replaced some parts and done a software repair. But all in vain. Now they gave me insane offer of degrading to android 6!!!!!!!! But I rejected the offer because as long as the problems are not official how it could be accepted?? I stand firmly on a replacement first. But I do not think SONY will accept it. Anyone have any clue or any other solutions as I am fed up with the situation and after this problem for past 2 months with my phone in service center. The whole servicing is taking lot of time and its disgusting. I have mailed called and all other things I could do. No solution yet. Waiting for the further reply of service center on 13/05/2017

soo is the overheat issue fixed? and how is the battery life with normal usage?(browsing fb, messenger, spotify) I'm planning to buy this phone and I'm confuse rn, this phone has lot of a mixed reviews. Some people say the overheat is fixed after the update but others didn't think so. can someone confirm this?

Just upgraded to 7, it's terrible. I need to swip 10 times to have unlocked keyboard , and other bugs.
How can I downgrade?

Snapdragon 810 and 808 had really bad heats problems.. Not only Z3+, LG G4, Nexus 5x, Nexus 6p also having bootloop issue due to inefficient heat control thus melt in the motherboard and can cause hard brick or even dead.

Heats ALOT! Such games as Pokemon GO is barely playable -fFirst minutes OK, after then you can cook an eggs on this phone and game gets laggy as hell throws errors etc. Very, very bad heat management - actually all xperia z series I have owned heats up quite quickly when approach multitasking or demanding applications. Shame on Sony. I think to switch to Samsung. I newer liked Samsung's buit in interface, but they made phones that are fast and heats alot less than Sony's.

Heating problem. This phone has a heating issue behind on upper side. It gets hot too quickly, within mins. Shame on SONY Mobile Brand.

If you use 20mp you can change ISO up to 3200.
On android 6, I could turn on HDR on 20mp, but not on Nougat.
But you can use HDR on 15.5mp.
