I would recommend going back to a Samsung page and posting these "findings" there. Where people will congratulate you, and agree with your point of view. But releasing new phone that will amaze the world in june is still better strategy if Sony get better solution than using SD810, i think Z3+ wont be enough to compete others. Samsung made an operating profit of US$4.87 billion in revenue last quarter 2014...(3 months) .....Song made a loss of US$1.26 billion for the financial year ending March 2015.....Samsung up $4.87 billion in 3 months, Sony down $1.6 billion in one whole year...Simple Maths people ...Samsung is doing good, Sony is failing and/or going broke...please ignore these Sony dream boys, they just lie, the true facts speak for themselves ....google it to see the truth....Sonys failures for the past 7 years are all over the net. Samsung is not making its previous record breaking profits, but still making $billions in profits...Sony has had over US$10 billion in losses over the last 7 yeafs.

Sony said themselves they are quitting the competition race and orientating on user quality experience...meaning they are setting their own pace of releasing phones
Which is good as this spec race hascbecome a meaningless mayhem, not doing big gamers like Lg and Samsung a favour...
Chinese manufacturers do not compete, just release good devices for lower prices and on different marketing strategy policies..that is how sammy got a 45% phone sales income fall...
Z3 is doing good, z3+ is coming in june, and a new revamped line Xperia flagship is due in september 2015, along JB Spectre, to compete with upcoming 2016 february flagships
I believe Sony mobile chose a smart policy in that...

As was said downuder there....1 billion usd loss, against Samsungs 22 billion usd loss in fiscal 2014....
I would not be surprised that after s6 failure sammy bricks its smartphone buissness drastically....
Their selfloving overconfidence will be their downfall, marketing costs of overpriced s6 will greatly overcome sales profits from s6....so expect great net loss for fiscal 2015
Sony mobile though is revamping its phones and markets of interest, leaving China and orientating more on USA and India....

Regarding the stock's future course, although almost any stock can fall in a broad market decline, SNE should continue to move higher despite the fact that it has already enjoyed a very nice gain in the past year.
The net income growth from the same quarter one year ago has significantly exceeded that of the S&P 500 and the Household Durables industry. The net income increased by 219.1% when compared to the same quarter one year prior, rising from $261.76 million to $835.33 million.
SONY CORP reported significant earnings per share improvement in the most recent quarter compared to the same quarter a year ago. This company has reported somewhat volatile earnings recently. But, we feel it is poised for EPS growth in the coming year. During the past fiscal year, SONY CORP swung to a loss, reporting -$1.22 versus $0.30 in the prior year. This year, the market expects an improvement in earnings ($1.23 versus -$1.22).
The current debt-to-equity ratio, 0.42, is low and is below the industry average, implying that there has been successful management of debt levels.

Ofcourse, sony needs to release their 'true flagsip' in june 7. Sony doesnt have new phones in stores. How can they compete others wtih outdated phone? Embarassing theirself by releasing no upgrade phone is still better than not releasing anything. BUT, announcing a true flagship without invitation is too strange.. I afraid instead of make world amazed with their new phone, Sony will get us shocked with announce their retirement of global smartphone business, and focuses home country only business. The sign is quiet strong lately. #SaveSonyMobile #fireKazuo
