If these are truly the final specs, I'm very disappointed with the Display/Screen! 1080x1920? Why so behind Samsung and Apple?
Battery too...what's that?!
I love Xperia phones...Z3 Dual is an amazing phone. I don't see an incentive to upgrade to Z4 if that's all it'll offer!

What's wrong with SONY every new phone keep reducing it's battery.
Reduces the battery for making phone thinner!!, it's a stupid idea, battery is the most important thing in smart phone.
And where is WALKMAN icon it was pretty good, better than this music icon.
I'M DISAPPOINTED.

Wait are these specs real? Cause if they are thats just fuckn dissapointing. I was hoping for alot more from sony. The battery got smaller, and the only thing that got upgraded was the chipset. I wanted this phone til i saw the specs. Not much difference between the Z3 and Z4. What a letdown.

SONY NOT YET OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED "Xperia-Z4". Picture DISPLAYED ABOVE IS UPCOMING MODEL "M4-AQUA". If this is Z4, no one will buy it as specification are same as 'z2's, 'z3' and 'M4A'. I Hope Z4 design will be completely different with small bezels. So, please wait.

I personally love the OmniBalance design, about the QHD thing, it's just a waste, there's no noticeable difference, and it's a battery hog, so FHD is very welcome. if you say that 32 GB is litte, I've lived with the 16 GB of my Z2 just fine, with a 64 GB MicroSD card, with pictures, music, and everything else. The sound on the Z2 was great, and if they're improving it further, then awesomeness. Also, the processor is a big leap, 2GHz octacore 64-bit vs 2.5 quadcore 32-bit on the Z3, I'll take the Z4 any day. Sony makes their phones tough as nails, as I've dropped my Z2 SO many times, in all the surfaces you can think of, and it never broke, and I'm sure the Z4 will have that resilience with the new gorilla glass that was released not long ago

I don't think we should take this all that serious. Z4 info(white paper) is not available on Sony's site how did these guys get the spec? I only saw Z4Tab which is very believable bcos it's on sony site(Yet not here). Just saying, the info may not be accurate.
It has happened before. gsmarena said Sisley S90 has NFC but no it totally does not. I already used it. There are other wrong infos in here. Confirm from manufacturer...

how disappointing such a small battery i mean why not break da status quo sony and put in a 5000 mah battery and 128gb rom in there i think the samsung s6 is better just alas no ip rating on it.

The fact remains no matter what names they add to cameras... Xperia z series camera still remains overall most functional and best quality
Fingerprint sensors although utterly non important to most people, including me, will be added to this years sony flagship,which this phone is NOT as stated before
Accessories...ahah, have you ever seen Sonys mobile accessories page, no android company can compete with amount of accessories sony provides...
ZtE voice command, nothing new or inmovative, just applied...but is a cool idea, remains to see how it is different and effective from googles own...
And again we shall never know what THIS phone actually has new going for it, cause it is not an international release...
