So I will compare just as rightfully
Z4 has SD card up to 128 mb, a way cheplaper and userfriendly solution than soldered overpriced memory offerings of S6,, and with best memory managment amongst all flagships to date, only s6 bested z3 in that, remains to be seen what z4 offers...
Z4 Sonys IPS lcd screen offers slightly less ppi with higher luminosity level, and better color control and customization over its x-reality chip, and much more durability albeit quality...
So no amoled is not better, you are just led to believe it...
Z4 (if) SD810 is better in 7 of 12 SoC performance categories over exynos7420... So no, s6 SOC is not better, only on par...
Z4 baterrylife will be at least 50%-75% more than that of S6
Z4 camera will be a 20.7 mpx with new hdr realtime sensor and pixelphase focus, rendring OIS devices redundant, and with over 12000 ISO, so you can bring that s6 cam back to grandma...
Z4 will be waterproof as opposed to S6
Z4 will have stereo speakers with enhanced sony 3d surround sound enhancement
Z4 will NOT have a hideous back camera bump
Z4 will have SenseID, a 3d advanced tech fingerprint scanner that is capable of onscreen detection without the need of a dedicated button, and capable of working in wet conditions...
So....S6 will be better only, well...in internal memory I/O speed, nothing else....
All other go in favour of Z4

Samsung S6 is better than Sony Z4. It is mainly because of many useful features such as fingerprint sensor as well as better chipset and display. Samsung makes it's own components such as CPU and display like Apple that makes their parts more compatible together in opposed to Sony that produces only insignificant parts like camera Sensors

For ex, first there were sonys media apps design, then only there was googles playstore design that copied their interface.
Furthermore, sonys camera app interface is the best there is too.
