I do put the phone in my front pocket on occasion. Funny is aside from the button placement and processor the z3, z3+, z4 all share the same frame as the z5 is very close. Your story is not usual

I do not know what all the fuss is about, Iphone six bends and so do some samsungs ( if they dont explode into flames lol) my z3+ dual is working great, yes it gets really hot shooting 4k video and warm at other times but no warmer than my iphone 6 does. Marshmallow runs snappy and I have been able to manage the storage ok so far with pics on external sd and only apps that will not move to external on internal. If you dont use a case than its your fault it is scratched and broken, my phones are always in a case of some kind and I swear by tempered glass screen protecters, they are around 1 us dollar these days. After tweaking notifications, balancing screen color and such battery life is no worse than iphone. I bought 2 battery cases for the phone to recharge during busy days. This phone is a bargain at 299 usd unlocked new on amazon it will get the android N update too. I'm happy

Replaced by autorised service. Third time- small piece of screen pooped out (glass i mean), but no damage. Fourth time- again screen crack, even worse than first time.
I had Z1, my wife had Z1 compact. I dropped phone, my wife dropped phone, my child dropped phones multiple times. Nothing. I tought this one will be durable as old ones. Saw multiple reviews. Closed eyes for bad ones. But now i see that all about it durability was true.

Been using the phone for nearly a year now and haven't encountered any issue with the phone. Have dropped it countless times (mostly on concrete floors) and not a single scratch on the screen. No dents as well and I am using a cheap case I bought online.

I wanna buy this phone, i really like the design ang specs. I'm just bothered how worse is the overheating issue? And are there ways to solve the issue?

Xperia Z3+ user here. No bend, never put inside back pocket. It's a 5.2" phone, I'm not crazy to do that. Dropped multiple times, still working fine. No scratches, thanks to screen protector and case. Battery is good although I changed it to my PC at the office as I normally turn on the radio and speaker. Camera is good, not oversaturated.

dude i have dropped xperia z3+ multiple times screen has not cracked and also its slim but wont bend, i am using these mobile from past one year, so if you dont know anything about these mobile please don't review it as bad. built quality of sony mobiles are just awesome

BAD phone. Why?
It is very fragile. Sony made it so thin, but with this "feature" comes big disappointment. It flexes even in simple harder protection case. Not to mention that thing, that you can not drop your phone even from half meter high. If your screen does not crack, you won a lottery. Oh, and to replace screen is really expensive. Not to mention really poor battery life, or overheating (still with 6.0.1 android) and with this issue coming performance problems.

I used this phone not even a single complain android 7.0 I got it I am a heavy user I play GTA San andress , Asphlat 8 many more all run smoothly just a little hot and non phone yet that not get hot while playing high en games . Superb speed its 4g jio sim worked guys buy this phone from good shop which don't give you faulty piece. My promise its superb mobile.

I like voice clarity so Sony is still my choice, as long as it has the clear audio + option. Z3+ and z5 both are having snapdragon 810 chipset so heat issue would be more or less the same. I'm no gamer so I can't comment on that. I'm happy with my z3+ dual version. XZ with no radio is a real turn off.
