AnonD-592809, 03 Oct 2016I brought this device 37 day ago when it was running marshm... moreI don't use stamina mode, been getting the same time left as you did (around 28hrs from full charge) but consistently getting a full day usage with 5hrs SOT. You have to take into account that the Marshmallow stamina mode in Z3+ is different than the Lollipop version (or even the version found in the new Xperia XZ) as it is actually the traditional low battery mode that completely disables background data (with no exception) and also limits GPU rendering performance. So (currently) the real stamina mode from Lollipop is actually the Marshmallow's Doze feature that is active indefinitely.
Other problem includes the recent update to google play services that might have cause wakelocks which can be seen in your battery usage whether it has been draining battery during standby.

I brought this device 37 day ago when it was running marshmallow 6.0. After wifi connect it was updated 6.0.1. Main problem continuing from then which is the battery draining too damn faster. I couldn't even find out the reason behind. Check all the apps and disabled many were not being used. But no solution appears. I did master reset 3/4 times but still remain. When battery fully charged it shows estimated time 28 hours and if I turned on stamina mode it become 48-50 hours. Wtf is wrong with it. Have any solution how to get rid of from this problem?????????? Please help me.

This is by far the most beautiful smartphone I've ever seen! Shiny omnibalance design that scream PREMIUM from every direction, waterproof, hidden stereo speaker, 6.9mm thickness, no protruding camera also comes with decent to good battery life in moderate usage.
I'd get this one if it's not because of the fingerprint sensor absent and slightly outdated spec.
I really hope Sony can build a new one with similar design but packed with better hardware and slightly smaller bezel. Even if the price is more than the current flagship, I'd still get it solely for its design....
