Hi friends... I brought this mobile in the month of may after my first update to Marshmallow it became simply superb... and again to the recent update the mobile is now ULTIMATE... simply NO ISSUES regarding Heating also.. Camera is good Battery is Perfect... But friends Do this mobile need any Screen Protector Like Tempered Glass or Screen Guard Normal one... Is it Necessary to have Please Help me...

those people who are facing problem of screen going black when they call is bcz their ear proximity area is cover with protective cover. So remove the protective cover and then run diagnostic. this is how u will gonna run diagnostic.
Settings : About phone : Diagnostic : Test : Ear Proximity
If people wants to put protective cover on then plz when u apply protective cover cut the area which is covering ear proximity sensing area. U can see this area on the right side of "SONY" logo on xperia z3+. On the other side of "SONY" logo is front camera.

I brought z3plus in March of 2016,from April I found hanging problem daily.then I approach customer service, they told me that I have to upgrade android version to solve that problem, now my Sony is android version 6.0,even though I have that problem, any one tell me the permanent solution plz

whenever i call the mobile screen goes dark until the call is finished. i have run the ear proximity diagnostic. its ok. how can i fix it?

My Z3+ is updated to Android 5.0.2 (Lollipop), and the software update within the phone and the sony companion software (when connected to PC), show my phone as being updated to the latest software.
How do I upgrade to Android 6 (marshmallow)?

Camera is already good and now is best after update....
Sorry you have duplicate handset both speakers are in front of phone

Please reset 1-2 times then install everything use anything no heat as in previous version
Now 4k recording not stop in 5-15 minutes it continuously record 30min and no warning of heat but I start recording from standby or cool state
If you already working on mobile then may be 15-20min recording and heat warning
And no heat in game play like ashfalt 8 sub way surfer etc
So please factory reset after every new update installation for best result

Bought this a month ago. Yes, it gets hot when you turn on the camera.. yes there;s an update from sony but I heard mix rumours so I didn't install it.
Best phone so far even with the heating issue.. good battery, responsive, crispy clear picture.. waterproof.. et.c........................

Will recommend to go with iphone, z3+ is great too but it does has heating issue which has not been reaolved till latest update. If u are not heavy gamer and are ok with heat problem u can go with z3+.

My Z3 ➕ is 2 weeks older now and i must say that this is THE BEST PHONE i ever had. I'm in Pakistan where no support & service center and warranty for sony mobile products. I take risk and succeed. Built quality is awesome. Looks is so amazing. You feel something luxury when you hold the phone. No heat issue yet as my sons played it for hours. Camera is awesome. 3 GB Ram is gigantic.
If i compare price with samsung i will get J5 or J7 in 27 & 30 k. While i bought it for 33. So just payong additional 3 thousand, feature are almost double and no match of beuty. So go for it. Don't afraid of heat issue.
