i bought this phone few days ago ,and i noticed that when i call some one the screen turn to black and i cannot see any thing ,after the call finished the screen turn on again ,
so please advise what shall i do

Guys i love this phone but the only thing thats stopping me is the heating issue.I just have few questions
1. Does it still heat badly after Marshmallow update or is it bearable?
2. Does the camera still shuts down?
3. Does it heat up after normal web browsing?
4. Should i prefer it over mi5 32gb
5. If i decide to buy which colour is best black or the copper one...
People having the phone please help me out...It may help a lot of people...Thanks

I have asked many staffs in different stores. They said only Sony and Microsoft do not seal their packages. All Xperia phones except Z5P are not sealed by Sony.

I also looking that the pack is not sill. But why??? And another question is heating issue. But why z3+ or z3 is heating and while it being heating????

I had the z3+ which I returned on amazon.. That phone had way too many issues..!! Mainly heating.. The camera looked substandard.. The pictures would come out very dark even in sufficient lighting.. My dad's lenovo took better pictures than that.. Secondly I watch a lot of videos and I need good sound from the speakers.. Which it is pathetic and completely muffled.. You can barely hear a thing.. I would miss so many phone calls cause of that.. The camera app would keeping shutting.. And even after marshmallow update 4k video couldn't be shot for more than 30secs.. Something About that phone just wasn't right..
But I loved Sony and its UI.. I decided to get a Sony again but z5 was outta my budget.. So I bought the z3..
Believe me I couldn't be happier with my purchase.. Its z3+ minus all its issues.. The sound from the speakers is outta the world.. I think it's cos the charging port is at the side and all the bottom area is used to house the speakers.. They are amazing specially with all the settings and optimizations.. The rare camera believe me is a world better than z3+.. Seriously it captures much more light and even in the dark it takes very good pictures..
The battery is also so much better.. Rest all the good stuff like the speed n interface are all the same..
Just one drawback that is a Lil downer for me is the front facing camera.. Thats not that great.. But its fine.. That'll help me break the habit of taking selfies maybe.. Lol..
And I also love the magnetic charging thing.. I use it as a stand while watching Netflix.. The phone keeps charging..
And I bought this just a week back.. So seriously was like a tough decision since its 3 generations old and I was getting z3+ at the same price.. But believe me this is much more value for money..
And best thing I got the colour I loved in Xperia series.. Soft Purple.. Which they don't make now..
