I've had this phone for 3 weeks, and have all the dreaded problems:
- battery is so-so. Can loose 20-40% during night with "stuff" turned off
- camera will stop after 1 minute of 4k filming due to overheating. With normal video (iA) I've managed 20 minutes before the app is shut down due to heat. If the phone is a bit hot from other use before, it doesn't last more than a couple of minutes.
- build quality etc. is excellent
- camera needs approximately 5 secs to start when I use internal storage, around 20 secs when I used an external sd, so not very useful for those instant moments
- sound quality is okay, but nothing more
- image quality is excellent in good lighting

Have been using this phone for 2 weeks (unlocked version) and updated to firmware 28.0.A.8.266 (Lollipop 5.0.2) and here is my experience so far:
-Design: excellent materials, feels very premium.
-Sound/Speakers: pretty good and acceptable sound for the front facing speakers...not the best but its acceptable. It vibrates a little in the middle back, especially in high volume, but its not of a big deal
-Calls,WiFi, Bluetooth: works perfect. Calls are pretty claer and loud. Havent tried NFC yet.
-Camera: very good camera, not the best in the market but it has cool features and takes very good videos and pictures. It only shuts down using AR Effect and it sure got hot. No problems taking pictures outdoors and indoors, also no problem taking 4K and HD videos at all. (i dont usually take videos no longer than 2 min)
-Perfomrance: Excellent performance, very smooth, snapy and no lag
-Heating issues: it gets warm but its normal and does not affect performance in normal usage. You wont feel it witha a case. Im not a heavy user, (i dont usually play games). For a normal usage like using facebook,whatsapp, email, youtube and a little browsing, the heating is normal as in any other cell phone. The only time it sure got hotter was using AR Effect.
Conclusion: i totally recommend this phone. Its good looking, fast, responsive, good camera nice UI. Looking forward for Andorid 6.0

M5 is also awesome,no need to change I own z3+ after updates it doesn't get heats up
