i have used sony xperia z3+ 2015 to 2017 it is very good smartphone even it have snapdragon 810 but it is first device with record h2.65(HEVC) 4k video at 30 pfs.
and apple used in i phone 7.

I have bought xperia Z3+ it really s**ks battery heating very high, i gave my mobile for service later heating problem still remains the same but water proof not working after that. moreover can't take photos continuously. They are saying due to octa core processor mobile will heat they are saying, seriously i feel very bad. Spent 53000 for this mobile and now am feeling why i bought.

After changed my telco to DiGi, my Sony Z4 device is cooler than before.

Sony simply follows a criteria - "Will provide 1-2 update for one year,after that RIP your phone from Sony"
That's why we are still struggling for 7.1,
until heating issue never solved,
camera doesn't remains on for more than 1 min bs,
4g not compatible (only for name because phone will hang and battery drain like hell)

AnonD-695382, 27 Aug 2017People say there was someone who had a chance to look insid... moremaybe, but the main reason is SD810 architecture is flaw from beginning, over heat happen to LG, Htc and many more, even SD820 not so cold, SD835 is cool but speed not bring much diffferent from SD820.
hopefuly NEC or other Japanese chip makers start make mobile chip, mediatek can't provide to hi end, exynos just has quick charge 2 for 3years in the row (already cause note7 blow twice). too bad texas instrument out of business

Disappointing that Sony is not including the Z3+ in the list of models for Android Oreo update. The processor is better than other models receiving the update.

People say there was someone who had a chance to look inside the Z3plus and he found out that the smarphone was embedded onto plastic base. THe metal frame was just glued on the plastic around the edges and this explains why this phone gets hot very fast. There is simply no ways to carry the heat out, plastic doesn't allow it. They say this feature leaves no chance to improve it via software.
I remember that marshmallow update had improved the heating problem somehow. It didn't disappear, but stop to be a main problem. So, as a Z3+ owner, I am still hoping new update will make a difference.

My Xperia z3 plus is heat in just 15 to 20 sec..battery drain in just hour when fully charged and touch not working properly...not yet received 7.1 update
