Can anyone give me the step-by-step how to root this device?

After 6.0 update my Z3 + dual scored with Geekbench3 1288 points Single-Core and 4148 points Multi-Core. I recorded 5 min of 4k video, the UI is smoother ... so seems better now. In generally it heats less now (but it was no problem also before from this point of view).
No stamina with 6.0, but there is an "Optimizing battery use" option for all the apps. And there is "Battery saver" option which looks like stamina, but with no option included.
BTW, the smart calling it's on by default, and you can't disable it!

If you want your Z3 plus dual not to heat you better turn on stamina and also "Extendet usage". In Geekbanch 3 you will score like a Galaxy S6 or more, so, this will not realy restricts your phone performance. Also I advise you to turn off "Image enhacement", it will save your battery. At the end of a day I still have 30-40% of battery, and I'm really using this phone. It's not perfect, but for 400 euro I can't get a better phone or at least with same specifications!

Now 2days I buy z3plus. It's working good,
But have problems overheat if I use camera and Internet,
And battery quickly damage when I use anything.
I don't what I do,
Z3 is much better then z3plus.
Have any solution for heating problem and battery.

Have this phone for almost 3mos now and I am very satisfied with it. It has flaws, yes, but it is a great device. :)
