Hopefully they'll offer a teal color option like they did with the Z3 Compact. Otherwise, I'll be going for the Z3C.

z4 compact must have a aluminum frame to make it premium in feeling
z4 compact should have a snapdragon 810 on board
z4 compact must be a 4.7" to make it really compact
z4 compact must have a optical image stabilization
z4 compact must have a louder stereo speakers (water resistant protection makes stereo speakers muffled, its nice to downgrade its ip rating since STEREO SOUND QUALITY IS HEAVIER THAN WATERPROOFING)
and sony must really work on software department to really optimize the hard ware of its products

xz4 Compact should have a 720p (340ppi like the z1 compact screen) to really optimize the 3000mah battery
and sony should work hard on software department because that's really the key for customers
i would like sony to decrease its ip rating since some users are not really submerging their phones in to the tub. by this . the stereo speakers can get its full potential or make another z4compact variant that is not a water proof but has a stereo speakers
and for me 4.7inch is well suited for its name "COMPACT" its not any more compact if its 5inches

Dammit! Why not 5''? This phone is almost perfect!
Im ok with 1080p, 720p would be better tough... performance/battery wise would insane!
But why not 5'???! Damn it!

the best phone ever ..sony is making ..
im just waiting for this product ... 47inch 1080x1920 full hd 3GB ram , 32 internal GB , 3000MAH battery life ... 20.7 back camera , 5 front camere .. its was my dream specifications ..which sony is making..

I don't approve FHD screen if it compromises battery life. I'd rather have HD with better battery life.

Sony must also make smart new software features like they are doing with hardware. Software is what us customers are gonna be busy with 99% of the time.

A GPU runs better on 720p than 1080p or even 4K and higher. If screen size made a difference, no one would buy them seeing how their GPU would choke under the pressure of "32 INCHES".

Why do you even need 4 GB RAM while the screen is smaller than the regular Z4? I also dunno why is it rumored that the screen is 4.7, I hope that if this is true, they sacrifice the bezel not the whole mobile size.

I hope sony is looking at these forums about the Z4 because some really nice ideas are being posted here that could help Sony. I suggest Sony make the Z4 and Z4 compact waterproof without usb flap. Many people complain about that - they should also put the usb port deep in so it prevents the charger connecter from bending. I also suggest they make the phone the same size as Z3 Compact but with better screen and higher pixel camera.

This size is more comfortable in my opinion than 4.3". Better specs. Better water resistance/proof rating. Better battery. Stereo speakers. 4K video support. The list goes on.
