My Xperia was dead 2 years ago.. so sad. the phone not charging, failed to start up. keep switching off.

Been 30mo of using zl, doing really fine, heating issue.are there but still.acceptable, had isseu with battery once, once it replaced by new batyery, i never charged with non ori charher, turns out perfect, battery performance remain the same after 20mo.. one of the best phone i ever had, i might looking new phone in next 2 years.. :)

My Xperia ZL will turn 3yrs old in Jan
It's battery drains fast very fast now
Side rubber textures have all melted coz of high heating
Camera is not like what it was used to be earlier
It heats like hell
It has no marshmallow update till now
Speakers are bullshit
Charging/otg socket is not working properly
Omg lots of issues....

The only issue is the earpiece speaker volume has dropped and I have to hold the phone real tight to my ear to hear the person speak. My battery drains fast as well but this is due to the age. Are you having the same ear piece volume issue?

Good and best Sony phone ever! It was totally different from my old XPERIA E1 that was totally a trash. The thing that this little guy is three years old. I had a battery probelm which the connector got loose. Oh, Sony, improve your battery because it gets hot easily even I use Whatsapp. Overall it's performance will not loose the XPERIA X

My Xperia ZL turned 3 yrs old in December 2016. Battery drains extremely faster these days and pictures taken recently don't look as good as the ones taken back then.

Do not buy sony mobile. mother board problem after 1.5-2 year. Automatically shut down or restart.

About temperature my phone gets really hot when playing for a long time or using waze + spotfy while driving. But that's not a problem since my sister Moto G 2 also get really hot when playing heavy games.
