FFXII no, there is no PS2 emulator for android yet
for psx/ps1 emulator just try any ZL will run them regardless

How is the SCROLLING PERFORMANCE on this phone?
When I tried out the Z in the phone shop, it seemed not to scroll as smoothly as the HTC One or Samsung. Also, when titling the phone to a horizontal view, it seemed to react slowly.

between xperia z and xperia zl, whats the different besides the design and the dust and water proof that xperia z have? does xperia zl have better perfomance compare to zl?

I have been using this phone for almost 2 weeks.
Overall, the phone looks nice and feels good. It has a great display and camera. You wouldn't notice a lag ever while using the phone.
It's biggest drawback however is the overheating issue. The phone heats up a lot even with minimal use and the drains battery really fast.
It heats up even if you don't use 2G/3G, GPS, Wifi,
I do not recommend anyone buying this phone primarily because of overheating and battery drain.

If you root you can delete or disable some system processes/services that you don't use (like screen mirroring, some apps' services, etc) That can help in keeping the battery usage under control. But you need to know what you are doing.
I recomend you to better check out and flash some ROM that's already optimized. Getting knowledge to tweak yourself your device can take like 6 months... But it's good.

I'd like to try that emulator. Do you know of a good video tutorial for it?

i don't have NFS sorry, but i play Real racing 3, tanktastic, and hatsune miku LSP.
also using retro arch (emulator), drastic, Myboy, mupen64, and ppsspp
I've been playing final fantasy VIII (PSX) for 5 hours nonstop, phone remains cool
and project diva (PSP) for 4 hours, phone remains cool
excellent for long trips
