My ZL does not charge via CAR / Travel Adaptor (Belkin) in my Vehicle, However all other mobiles charge but my ZL does,nt.
Also when I connect the phone to USB port other than to PC it does not charge, but when I connect it to PC it does.
Does ZL have specific charging requirements?

samsung is well know for making long lasting devices, but then again the ZL is smaller and has a bigger screen

ok here is tricky, IOS has a different resources use than android so it would b kinda absurd to compare the chipset, ram, and video, but we can compare the screen, camera, and storage, and here the xperia zl is beyond the iphone, as stated before with the ZL you can do things u cant with any apple device.

xperia zl hands down, you comparing a 2011 device with 2010 chipset with a 2013 device with 2012 chipset..

ok this is another tricky one, they both have the same chipset, whats different here is screen resolution and storage, the ZR has lower resolution and lower storage, but performance wise they should be at pair, actually given the lower resolution of the ZR it is possible the chipset makes a better job than on the ZL, and another thing is the ZR is water and dust protected, so chances are it will last longer.
conclusion so if you want a better all around device go for the ZR. if you want a stylish phone with elegant look and nice screen go for the ZL, all the other phones you mentioned are out of the race, then again this is a personal opinion, it will be your phone not mine, so go and hold them both, get the one you feel better with.

Is there is any Problem in Sony Xperia ZL ... morei have not had any issue with my ZL, no call issues, sound clarity is nice, reception also very good, charge last more than a day for me, i usually keep it connected all the time when i can, so i leave it connected all night and all day whenever i can, no heat issues, phone remains cool, i am used to call, internet browse, gaming, watch movies while the phone is plugged to power (charging), NO issues at all, it remains cool and works very well.
on a side note, i have had no battery issues at all with the newer updates, and yes, my phone is connected all the time it can be, so on weekends and nights is always charging, and yes i have managed to get back home with more than 50% charge at 11 pm, left home at 8 am, so its about all day, browse about 30 mins, game (no idea, enough to beat Moscow race on TD5 psx emulator and 2 fights on soulcalibur, sometimes 3), randoms calls, and 2 hours of tethering, so i am very happy with this phone.
oh by the way settings are:
**brightness at lower setting, and check "adapt to lighting conditions"
**only use data when needed
**i usually go airplane mode when gaming so no-one disturbs my free time
**on tethering set the "power save" to never, so you can leave your phone on your pocket with the screen off
and in case you wonder about the battery life, sony uses a Li+ battery so it is better to keep the battery charged here:

Perhaps it's only my phone or it spans across all the ZL. By the way my ZL is the C6502 (Non-LTE version). I'm not sure if others have any encounter this experience from this model and other models

Mind it, Xperia ZL has a shatter proof glass, not gorilla glass. So it will break the screen if you drop it hard, but the glass won't shatter or fall apart. If you're worried about accidentally dropping your phone, you better go for low end phones as you're not ready to use an expensive one yet. If you buy a phone, take care of it, it'll take care of you. Ciao.
