neoanderson, 18 Feb 2013I bought this tab around 15 days ago and i faced some issue... moremate its one of the feature to avoid voice cracking sound at high level. advice you to put off "Limit" button in equalizer screen and reduce "Pre-amp" buffer level to 30-40%. then it will not "auto-level" at high volume.

BABU, 08 Mar 2013no bluetooth....../// bad option.....:/why do you need bluetooth? with apps like bump! for 3g wifi transfer.. understandable cost cutting strategy...

I'm planning to bye stealer 1010. But first I want to cofirm it supports all common 3g usb dongle viz beetel, airtel to surf internet. I also want to know does skype runs smoothly on this tab. If anybody knows plz tell.

bubul, 01 Mar 2013I purchased this pad in last week and things went from bad ... more5. Customer support not ready to give an SLA when they can fix that.
I suggest not to buy this pad and not to purchase any spice produt any time.
I am a real user. If challenged I can show the purchase, complain recipts with serial number of product.
pissed off with spice and its over priced product

I purchased this pad in last week and things went from bad to worse.
I was looking for a pad with call facility and inclined towards Zynch Z-1000 and accidentally walked into the spice mobile store in Kolkata saltlake. They showed the tablet I liked the look and feel. I was said the card doesnt have a sim card slot but can make call using a 3G sim and a dongol but can not demo thant as they did not have any 3G dongle at that time. Though they charged 2000 Rs. more than Zync i purchased the tab. My nightmare started from that day

1. The tablet had dead pixel problem
2. back light leaks
3. can not make call ( later i found that in specification. I was clearly cheated by the store)
4. Pathetic customer support
- Store said 25 days replacement guarantee, customercare said 7 days. Cheated again

Some notable issues are there in 1010.
1) The backlight is glowing on the sides of the tab screen
2) The charger is getting heated very quickly which is not a good sign.
3) I have come accross 6 tabs, in that 5 are having dead pixels(1/2)
4) One tab is having a issue flikering horizontal lines apprears on the screen for 2 sec before the spice logo when switching on the tab.
These issues were reported to the spice and when they tried to replace the tab, continuously on all the six tabs having issues and one i have is the six tab with flikering issue. when checked with customer care, they said it is not a issue and can be ignored.
But, there support is appreciated. I raised the issue to the area manager. Will update on the above after the response from him.

I bought this tab around 15 days ago and i faced some issues with wifi earlier.
Some times it does not connect and i need to restart.
One more issue is with the sound output.
When i play a song with full volume, the voice gets decreased when there are heavy bass in the song.
I use poweramp which is the best media player on android, but i am not able to find why this is happening. When i reduce volume to 70% then this problem does arises.
any one else faced same issue

I also bought spice mi 1010 tab, I want to check with the spice users are you able to see serial number inside the tab (in the about table > status)
Because in mine it says unavailable
