Spice mobile has recently launched Mi-280 with a Capacitive touchscreen and notably reduced the faults of Mi-270. The phone is priced at INR. 5.5K. So if you are planning to buy Mi-270, this might be a better option with a little more money...

i bought Mi270 spice mobile. as u had mentione... morejust install launcher pro and change its preferences then see its speed.
After installing launcher pro.
-In main menu only just press option button (Middle one)
-Preferences
-Advanced settings
-And change speed how much u want and also manual settings.
-That's all...
(Keep in mind Don't full your sd card its harms to hand set keep more spaces).

I purchased this phone a week back. For cost of around 3K. I think this is the only phone with Android+Dual SIM, and also this is the cheapest Android phone.
Pros: Value for money. All functions are good. Net connectivity with GPRS also good. Able to download applications from android market.
Cons: Camera quality is not good. Backup is OK when we using for calls, but for data connection it’s bad.
Overall I suggest to buy it because we can’t get any Android mobile in the price what it is.

-Wireless & Network

-Access point names
-then press option button(Middle one)
-And enter manual Setting
