I bought this phone a couple of days back.. Its a superb phone in this budjet.. HD games are working very smoothly without a little bit of lag. Battery is also not a prob. We can use the phone for more than a day if used in a modest way.. I can use 3G network with super speed for 4-5 hours on a single charge.. I love this phone.. I suggest everyone to get this phone for budget of 6000K. It comes with a 1GB ram and a qualcore processor. It also supports HD videos 720p and using MX Player, 1080p also... Its the best budget phone we can get.
Cons: - We wont be able to get a suitable screenguard or flip cover or a back cover for this phone. Headphones received with this phone is not upto mark.

I bought this phone.Its a budget phone and also has many flaws.
ITS LIKE OWNING A MARUTI 800 and complaining why it can't run like a Porshe and Lamborghini.
PROS:Awesome Display, Runs heavy games smoothly. Ample of Ram. QUALCOMM PROCESSOR(Its mighty) 1.2ghz 856mb Ram, Adreno 203 to give superior 3D graphics.
Cons: Battery backup is not up to mark.Av. of 1day
I'm working on this device to bring a new rom which reduces heating & obviously increasing battery life.
I already solved SMS prob in kernel, baseband.
This chip can be overclocked to 1.6ghz (Each core upto 100mhz extra).But this makes is unstable.
Working to make a maruti 800 to BMW :P

Hello...
I have a specific problem in my Spice Coolpad..
It is not syncing with my apps to the internet using my mobile data..
Only if I use WIFI the apps will sync and I get notifications from Whatsap, Facebook etc.,
Can anybody suggest.. how to overcome this problem?

Personally I like this phone bcoz it haves what i needs..all reviews are of v7 software but now running on v9 software the phone performs very well...
Spice & Coolpad=SpicePad
Give it a try and u will not disappoint...

The phone is nice and cool. But there is a Kernel issue with the messaging. The bulk messages from Banking, other sources do get blockedand we do not receive these.

DOn't buy this phone guys..
very Slow, hang prob... battery backup is not sufficeint.. need continuous charger
