The Spice Mi-510 Stellar Prime phone its work fine for 1 years then after its stop working when went for service centers they said the parts not available and its out dated model so no more service for that model, when i call the spice customer care they also said the same, the model is release in 2013 and out dated in 2015. Now no trust on Spice mobile after buying with huge amount they simply closing the model with no service in future.

I bought this Spice Mi-510 Stellar Prime phone about Rs. 10000/- in Spice hotspot it will work perfectly fine for 1 years, after one years it get stuck and restart automatically several times and then off, when i went for spice service center they said the this mobile model is already closed so no more service for this model. I strongly recommend you all buyers don't go such brand which sell and closed the model with no service in future

Yes this Spice MI 510 hang so many times when connect USB its hang even restart automatically sometimes shutdown silently i missed important calls, and the battery sometimes shows 100% and suddenly go down to 1% and than off service centers are very few in Hyderabad. i suggest not to buy this phone

don't buy spice smart phones... no camera features(geotagging,touch focus,face detaction, HDR and panaroma is not supported),no more sensors, and the internal storage is low.

dear all, three month back i had taken spice mobile (mi 510)at spice hotspot at commercial street shivaji nagar bangalore.the problem i'm facing is mobile gets switched of automatically,gets hanged and gets heated very soon.i gave it for service at s.r.technologies service center in marathalli bangalore.i recieved the mobile after 10 days,they advised that the battery was dead and it would take 10 days for the replacement of battery. its approximately 15 days completed, sitll i havent heard from them.when i tried to contact them they say it will take another 3 days to get it. kindly let me know why so much delay for just changing the battery? and is there anyone with whom i can get this issue sorted out or is there any option to replace the mobile. please help me in this issue. you can reach me at # 9538658824 arul.

I had purchased this handset in september and after one month this handset creating trouble while connecting calls and internet connection is not working, till that date my cell is with service center, now touch is not working properly. I someone wants to waste money buy this handset, have a lots of time to visit service centers sure buy this cell phone.

I've purchased Spice Mi-510 3 months back. If u've not connected with WiFi/3G then phone is working normally. But if connected with Wifi/3G for sometime, then phone will automatically shut down without ur knowledge, then switch on only after replacing the battery also mobile get sshut down only

I just bought this phone a week... moreHi I gifted this phone to my sis its working like a charm no issues its been more than 7 months its amazing I my self used spice for 2 years no issues. camera is good I compared it with my Samsung note one and Samsung Mega 5.8 camera equal perfect may be ur handset not working but mine no issues....

totally west of money because-1-camera .2-led flash .3-hang .4-automatically switched off .4-internate speed very slow .5-TFTscreen .6-touch sensor poor. “ Not a single very good featured ".

After activating the SPICE MI-510 phone we are dealing with the following concerns-

1) We charged the phone 100 % at night. Powered off the phone. In the morning in spite of holding the power key were not able to turn the phone on. Thus not able to use the phone in a emergency. The phone at times turns on and at times does not turn on.

2) The capacitive touch screen either is very sensitive to touch &/or does not respond to touch and freezes. Thus upon touching the different icons it does not respond. Simulataneously the home button key does not respond at times.

3) The phone's audio is suppose to be SRS however when we receive or talk on the phone we find the voice is muffled, not clear. In addition the callers voice is barely audible inspite of the volume turned to the highest possible.

4)We have to take out the battery frequently and reinstall it to activate the phone.

5) In spite of the phone being fully charged without even using it the phone does not retain its charge.

We down loaded the manual for the phone however there is no trouble shooting section.

In addition made several attempts to connect on the customer support line. Got a recording you are being transferred to a customer service executive to find our selves being disconnected each time. We are health professionals & are extremely dissatisfied with this brand new yet defective phone.
