Worst Mobile. I have purchased M-5364N base model phone. with in 15 days all the accessories like Display & keyboard is damaged. for the last 45 days i am not getting back the repaired phone from Authorised Service Centre ( I think they are also waste). Not picking up the phone and even though the customer care Email ID is not responding. Worst Company. Don't Buy any thing from this Brand.

Purchased Mi 525 model during mid of 2013 and still date there is no issues. i'm happy to use this model.
+ Full HD display
+ 1GB with 8GB internal mem

I have brought Spice Mi 525 and in just four months, jack, headphone and charger stopped working. It frequently gets switched off, I think battery has also gone. A big lesson learned never buy a product from Spice.

Purchased Spice MI 498 in may 2015. Since Aug the battery is not holding charge. Takes 20 hours for charging and gets discharged in 20 minutes. Approached Spice Serice Center at Chennai- SK Info on 17th Aug. Still no battery has been provided. their reply is " when the stock comes, we will inform you. Mailed my complaint to spice customer Care. They only assured that theri area service team will get in touch with the resolution. Its been over 5 days and no body from Spice has contacted nor communicated with me.
PLEASE DONOT BUY SPICE. THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and they are very casual in theri approach. Will never respond nor give any confirmed dates for resolving teh problem,

I bought spice stellar 526 on April 2015 ,within a month the screen got shut off without any reason and I had sent it to d customer service centre .. Got d mobile repaired after a month again using for 20-25 days d same problem arised .. I had sent it to the customer service centre once again and asked them to get it replaced...worst experience I ever had with d mobile..never buy spice mobile

I have been using this mobile for 1.5 years.
Display and camera are good. Touch and processing power is an issue. Phone hangs and does not respond to touch frequently. Need to restart the mobile after 2-3 days. No spares available in the market and online. Was a good choice 2 years back for the price tag. Outdated as on today.

I am having this phone fro the last 1+ year. Initially it gave many troubles with battery and charger and flip cover became a rag. After 3 trips to their repair center and spending time
got to a usable position. the camara is useless and it changes its setting of its own without telling you. Still using till find a good phone in MOTOROLA which I have used earlier.

service after sell is not available at any cost at any distance..

I have purchased spice mi 525 and within 6 months its jack, charcher lead is not working. it frequently gets shut down, it think battery is also gone, worst phone in the world

I have purchased this phone on Dec. 2013, and this is a very nice phone, working very good, but when I have downloading apps from goole play store ,it's always says there is insufficient storage in phone,whether there is plenty of storage available in phone storage and SD card storage. Please, tell me how to solve this problem.

Never do the mistake of buying any of the spice mobile... I had very bad experience.. screen problem in warranty period but they charged Rs. 800/-saying it is not covered... again got the same problem ... now they r saying previous screen was not chachanged by the company service center even after showing the service bill
So go for other brands never opt for spice
