i like the sound quality, but the phone touch screen broke the second day. the option to unlock the phone. anyway, i hadnt even really used it yet and the batttery was over heating... i am taking this junk back!

How can I get my songs from laptop to the phone? everything that used to work on my other android doesnt work. and my pictures Im a truck driver and sometimes i dont have gerat signal so i just use the songs on phone but now i can add any to my phone. can anyone help or even load videos so i can put them on and put phone in holder and watch and listen at same time during driving. thanks

Crisma, 13 Jan 2013How to add or delete the contacts in a group? You can add or delete contacts in batch via the bounded Gmail account:
Enter into Gmail account of mobile phone via PC, then edit, add or delete contacts in contacts of Gmail, finally please sync the contacts of mobile phone with Gmail.

Xyz, 06 Jan 2013Is it possible to install my downloaded application in SD card?Download and install application from【Market】: After downloading and installing applications, the default installation directory of software is in ROM of mobile phone instead of MicroSD card. Then remove this application to MicroSD card with the following steps: Settings——Applications——Manage applications——choose the newly installed application——Move to SD card.

There will be four choices:reboot system now;apply update from sdcard;wipe data/factory reset;wipe cache partition;Use “Vol+” and “Vol-“ to move the cursor up and down;Move cursor to “wipe data/factory reset,” press “menu” key to select it.Then use vol- key to move the cursor to " yes-delete all user data" , press menu key to select it.Then choose reboot system now ,you phone will reboot itself.Note:Please do remember to remind the customer this method will delete all the personal information in the phone.If you have bind the g-mail account, you can aslo use g-mail account to sign in your phone.

Went on vacation for Thanksgiving in Miami and bought the phone at Target but cannot unlock the phone because codes are not yet available. This is not at all satisfactory since I now have a phone that I cannot use and I cannot return. Can anyone help?

Apart from all the benefits others have listed, one major one that I experienced is its battery life....switched off its 3G, wifi and GPS (that is ran it only on 2G for calling and messaging with occasional bluetooth and wifi usage) and it ran for about 4-5 days easily. That's pretty sweet for me.
