This phone is wonderful with great features but the phone gets extremely hot when in use or charging thereby draining the battery easily.... I recommend some amendment!!!!!

Used this phone for 2 years never had a problem and the hinge for the keyboard was never an issue.

Have u tried to manually search for networks?
If u bo't it brandnew pls return to vendor and complain. I'm sure u can be helped. I'm also using the phone though uk-used. I had to return the first one with that problem and it was replaced at no cost. Probably it hasn't been unlocked to foreign sim.

salis, 25 Dec 2012am from Nigeria and my T-Mobile G2 phone is not accepting a... morego to the wireless settings and register your network and change network mode to gsm...other than that...you need to unlock it..it's probably locked to a foreign network.
