this phone is useless based on the processsing capabilities,ram,in built storage issues and etc i am losing my patience on this phone.the phone dosent install most of the applications and major games i download.eg:backstab,realfootball,die hard, and other intresting games.but those games installs and plays on the tmobile G2.i am leaving this phone and going for the tmobile my touch 4G.

Hello, plz my phone does not have internet connectivity despite my network provider providing me with the configuration settings. How else can i do to make my phone to have internet access. You can send it to me via my gmail account.( elderlife4real@gmail.com) thanks.

I'm have memory problem.... been told it has 512mb internal memory but raather is has only 121mb memory., cant install many apps. what really sucks is that when i move apps. to sd card it still takes part of the system memory...... plz any way of increasing the system memory...... i really need memory.......... and also how can i root the phone??? help me plz.... (isaacsackey7@gmail.com)... thats my contact any help me root this phone. thanx

I'm a former owner and my teens currently own these phones. 1) Regularly clear out your cache, temporary files/data, and Internet history. Using Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, games, etc., quickly fills the phone's memory. I used to clear the memory DAILY. 2) Move whatever apps you can to SD card, and refrain from using apps that don't allow you to move them to the SD card. There's no reason app developers cannot allow this, so I refuse to use apps that unnecessarily hog my phone's memory and won't move to SD card! Hope this helps :)

mem and any time u want to download

Anonymous, 18 Jul 2013I was trying to install a new application but keeps telling... moreOn low memory, simply uninstall old applications or games you dont use anymore.
You can install games with its data on the SD card to save internal memory.
Also, loging in to application such as Facebook for HTC Sense, can synchronize (download) all your facebook friends with their profile picture, birthday (mostly found in the calender), events, etc. You can clear this data to free internal memory by following this steps.
*Click on application drawer
*Click on Settings
*Click on Applications
*Click on Manage application
*Click on All tap
*Click on Contacts Storage (Tip: You can locate it quickly by sliding the QWERTY pad and typing "Contact")
*First, click on Force stop then click on Clear data.
NOTE: Clearing "Contacs Storage" data would permanently delete contacts save on the phone. You can export contacts save on the phone to the SD card. To do this;
*first click on People (from application Drawer)
*Press menu key
*Click on Import/Export
*Click on Export to SD card
*Click on phone
*Confirm by clicking on "OK"
You can import it back by cliking on the menu key in 'People'
*Click on the import from SD card
*Click on phone to create contact account
It would automatically search your SD card and import your contacts back

How do I upgrade my touch 3g slide to andriod os 2.3 cos am tired of using 2.2...i want to play the realfootball 2013...who knows if other new and exciting games comes out...we wont be playing it

You can also download games with its data on the sd card to save internal memory.
But if you want to increase the system memory such as RAM, then you have to root your phone before it can be increase (with sd card help).
