I'm in Colombia and have one of this, I got it unlocked, but it only works with 2G network. It's been getting really slow with time and battery doesn't last more than 40 minutes. Does anybody know if I could make it work with 3G network at least?

Its name says 4G, but this spec contains no info on 4G frequencies. Anyone knows if it works on 4G networks and what are LTE frequencies? HTC website somehow has no info on this phone.

Mini-SIM is the proper term. These are the standard SIMs that most phones have been using for years. Micro-SIMs are used by iPhones and are even smaller. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mini-SIM

all of a sudden my phone locks and i cannot get it unlocked. I have brought it to a cell phone fix place and they even replaced the screen, but still not unlocked. t-mobile has tried to reset it, no luck. cell phone fix place says he had to mark it in their books as unrepairable. I have only had the phone for 2 months.I can send it back for manufacturers whatever it is but that gonna cost me 150.00. what the heck for i just got the thing. help. or advice please.
