In it's day the pulse was a great phone. Cheap to buy and fully functional. I have owned this phone for over two years and it has been very reliable and robust. They only problem was that the last official Android was 2.1, no further updates were released. The community then took it on and came up with several roms. I have moved on now cos the processor is just too slow to run recent apps quickly. One of the best phones I have owned!

Wonderful first generation phone, has taught me so much about android. If you want a supercomputer go buy a Samsung SIII, otherwise, incredible functionality and lasting power after 3 years still looks good and still being developed for including ICS rom versions on modaco.com site, though with its limited 105mb RAM you will be hard pushed to get snappy performance from Gingerbread and newer rom versions. Highly recommended if you just need a cheap, solid, entry level smartphone

This phone is the worst. Bad camera, lags, bad battery, no memory. It only has like 15MB of application memory. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!

tripi, 09 Jan 2012is it worth to exchange my sony ericsson satio with a t-mob... morei have a t mobile pulse and i have to say it is not that good the touch screen lags and its only got a 512mhz processor and a 3.15mp camera so keep with the phone you have or get a iphone

Great entry level android phone, very cool and nice screen. Internet a bit slow, camera quality is poor and the touch screen is a bit unresponsive, but other than that a great phone, well worth the money. However, can only go up to Android 2.1, which is a real shame as would have liked wifi hotspot and flash. Also, for a little bit extra you can get far better phones, such as the HTC Explorer, and for £150 the Xperia Play from dialaphone.co.uk
Pros: high quality feel, large screen, low price
Cons: poor camera, better phones available, only Android 2.1, slightly unresponsive screen

wud prefer buying htc wildfire,better features nd less cost.it does not have a flash or a radio,everything else is good!!!

how do i unlock my pulse from screen lock.have tried downloading the 2009 november software but it seems the file has been removed from t-mobile site.please i need help

my t-mobile pulse has locked me out with screen lock,depending for gmail.i have tried putting the right email and password but it still wont open.i decided to hard reset by downloading the november 2009 software from t-mobile forum.but it wont come up,it like d file has been removed..pls help,how do i download the file or unlock my phone?
