This phone isn't that bad, well that is if you buy it off Amazon for $70 then the price is okay. There's a bunch of things to like and dislike. Like it can charge 0% to 100% in around twenty minutes, the back fingerprint scanner is nicely placed and can even pull down the info panel, the camera has good days and bad days, don't we all, but the twist action to open camera is super helpful for quick pics, and the volume button works as a trigger for the camera. Plus it's design is superior to the g7 with the crisp unique oval and pop of fusia on the power button. It just has quirks and we didn't ask Motorola to fix them back when it was still being updated

Loved this phone for 4 years until the microphone died. Fast charging, with the supplied charger. Has a bright screen. The only minor thing I didn't like was the media and notification volume were the same. That's a problem because if I turned down a video (i.e. YouTube or other) and I forgot to turn it back up, I might not hear a text come in.

This is NOT the same phone as a Moto G7 Plus. Similar, but not the same. Order a case for it and see if it is the same as a case for a Moto G7 Plus. There are also some other differences, and there are a bunch of sellers on eBay selling this phone as the Moto G7 Plus. Not the same phones and that is a BAIT and SWITCH tactic and constitutes fraud.

                              Great looks!
                              But overpriced less specifications handset

Great at first, not gonna lie.
Specs look similar to that of a Pixel 3a.
I should have just got something different.

I own this phone currently and am typing to you all on it. It is very bulky and heavy especially with any sort of case, the back is a fingerprint magnet, and that's before I tell the issues with the actual usage of the phone.

                                Problems:
An occasional snapping noise when vibrating.
Battery life more inconsistent than any other I've seen. Could be 2 hours screen on, could be 5 hours screen on.
General usage is sluggish. The firmware T-Mobile created for this device is terrible, and causes constant slowdown. Even a Galaxy S III T999 feels faster (on LineageOS 14.1)
The LCD has a lot of problems. LCD persistence is horrible and can make it close to unusable at times when moving from light to dark applications.
Phone gets very hot doing anything while charging or in warm climates.
Cameras are all terrible. Focus is non-existent, and it's difficult to get any sort of clear picture. Selfie camera is functional, I guess.
Microphones are in bad positions and get gummed up quickly by dust. Sometimes don't work at all.
RAM is never utilized properly. The 4 GB of RAM goes right down to 1 GB usable by the time the OS starts up and gets running properly, which can take a while.
Headphone jack is barely usable. Sound is poor all around, but it's most jarring through the 3.5mm audio jack.

There are not many positives with this device. It is very large and heavy, and it's a slog to use because of this and the fact that it's just so inconsistent. Sometimes it performs well, other times it's just awful. I regret spending $350 on this phone.

Bruh they have the nerve to price this trash at $350.

This phone has pretty bad reception in my area of San Diego. My old cheap LG phone performs much better than this one. The only good thing that I can see is the turbo power charging.
