My friend and I have recently purchased a T-Mobile Sidekick LX 2009 model. I am using Optus while my friend is on Telstra. We are both able to make and receive calls and send and receive text messages, but we can not access the internet. When we first turned our phones on, we did not get the option to register our mobile phones and now we are unable to change any privacy settings. If anyone knows how to resolve this problem please tell me. We have just spent the last hour or so navigating around the T-Mobile site looking for answers, but we were unsuccessful. Thanks heaps!

try restning the phne. . with a paper clip or sme pin at the back of the phne. threr is a reset button

I have a T-Mobile account without data, if I get an unlocked T-Mobile Sidekick LX (2009) can I still use it? Or do I have to get a different phone?

Hi Guys.... I request all of them plz plz not to buy this T-Mobile phone... what every features mentioned in the web site are trash.. nothing is working for me, just waste of money. No games, no 3G, not 3MP, mobile registration failure, no intranet, no GPRS... Blody fone.

I ve just acquired this sidekick LX phone in Uganda, all service providers here are on 3G data networks but i have completely failed to have the device CONNECTED to the internet. Is there any solution to ma problem or i have just to forget about data services!
