recently had a vairy touch 11 bought as a present. Not all people are experts on phones but can read instuctions if they were supplied have tried for two days to find any info on the official T-mobile web site have finally given up and the only place that this phone is going is in the bin where that is the best place for it

I have had this phone for a while now, has been really good. But the phone has started to turn off itself, and now the battery will not charge so the phone will not turn on, however it did turn on once and displayed a small white box with the words 'ok' and a battery symbol? But you could not do anything or get onto the phone.
Maybe the battery is ruined, I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem or if they managed to fix it?

Please tell me how to delete t-mobile gprs setting ? I added vodafone settings but its not working. Web and talk page is showing "Connecting" and then java error. May i install third party browser ?

My screen cracked just on my second day of use of phone.
It is spreading so fast that i can hardly see things on my screen.
Kindly advice on where to get a new screen cos i love my white phone.

i've had this for a few months. im really pleased with it...charge seems to last a long time, and it is easy to use. if you're looking for a simple, but good touch screen, i recommend you get this.

this phone is an ok phone it does not have much applications this phone is is rubbish it dosent even hav a stopwatch or timer. its only good thing is that its battery last for 1 week without charging but it costs £19.99 so dont expect to much from this phone
