to reset your phone go on 'settings' then 'restore factory settings' then you need to enter your phone lock, if you don't have a phone lock then it is '0000'.

marga05, 19 Jan 2011how do you open the back ofthis handset..?Hi, I just learnt to open the back cover.This is how I did it:Hold phone with screen facing you and slide in a thin flat metal piece into a clearance at the top right side(corner) of the power on button and apply some gentle force to pop the back cover up.There you go!!Hope it works for you.

Great phone, internet is quite slow which gets on my nerves, the alarm needs to be louder but fantastic. way better than t mobile vairy text.
