I bought the phone in may and the motherboard is bad. I've taken it to carlcare just yesterday and it was repaired. Carlcare only replaces phones that are 7dayz old. Now its given me a sim processor issue. Its a factory defect I'm so heartbroken

Sometimes when am using the phone and get a call i cant pick the call. The block untop wont allow u see the name of the person you are viewing his own her WhatsApp story.

My tecno camon 11 pro has refusing to charge. if I connect charger to it, it will not charge. but if I switch it off it will start charging immediately. but if I switch it on , it will not charge. it will write connected to other device successfully. but it will not charge it will display charging but it will not charge. it will be reducing the power instead
